Lost my Nightingale Hood (or whatever it's called)

Posted: 03 Sep 2018 03:00 AM PDT

I've lost my Nightingale Hood and I feel incomplete without it. I've looked everywhere I can think of but there's no trace of it. Does anyone know if there's a location where it can be replaced? (PC SE player)

Is a 100% thief playthrough possible?

Posted: 03 Sep 2018 06:27 AM PDT

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to finish at least the stealth questlines (DB + Thieves Guild) using only the skills from the Thief standing stone. That means that all kills are possible only using alchemy and pickpocketing. Has anyone here tried something like this?

I advise the jarl on political matters. By the way, do you get to the cloud district often?

Edit: lol what am I saying of course you don't

Edit 2: My very successful farm needs some tending to, so some answers might be delayed.

Edit 3: Whom's marking this as spoiler and removing the ' in I'm?

Destruction with zero magicka cost - game breaker or a strategy?

Posted: 03 Sep 2018 01:45 AM PDT

The title pretty much says it all. Is it something that breaks the game and makes it boring, or is it the only way to make pure mage viable at higher difficulty settings?

ES6 teaser:

Posted: 03 Sep 2018 07:15 AM PDT

ES6 gameplay trailer: adventurer crosses a mountain peak southwest of the Jerral mountains and looks down into the valley, spotting a cave just past a tree clearing. He runs down fighting bears and mages at points along the way until he finally reaches the cave. He enters, battleaxe drawn and at the ready, looking 100 feet ahead and and peering into every corner before moving forward. This is an ancient ruin, with trinkets and weapons of elven nature strewn about. This must be the cave the wood elf told him about. After disabling several traps, solving a couple puzzles and slaying a couple undead foes, he makes it to the end of the ruin, where 3 chests lie. He opens the first one, grabs all the gold from it, the second one containing potions and a few dusty armor pieces, then in the third, which required a few lock picks to open, a mysterious glowing artifact, the likes of which he had never seen. He reaches down and picks it up, places it in his satchel and turns around to leave, then out of nowhere: "A NEW HAND TOUCHES THE BEACON"

A new start

Hey, guys. Do you recommend any kind of mod that alters the starting point of the game? After 40 times it gets dull :)
