Huge Desync in Twitch Rivals

I just wanted to share how shockingly one sided desync can be. I was watching twitch rivals today and saw this kill from Holo's perspective on stream.

I didn't think much about the desync/lag and didn't see Just9n's perspective. I just wondered to myself how Just9n had no reaction at all. I was curious and just looked it up and here is Just9n's perspective.

I was surprised to see Holo never even appeared on the window for him. No wonder there was no reaction at all when Holo had a clear view of him and destroyed him. It was just a fun tournament so results don't really matter but I just wanted to share because I never realized how bad it could be because you don't normally get to view both your own perspective and the perspective of the people you fight in game.

It happened several times now but just last game I got clear view (or hear) of it.

guy killes me..the sound of gunfire came from completely wrong direction..and as I stare at my death screen I can see this guy running at me to loot me and then running away to other direction than he came from

and I can clearly hear the sounds coming from other way..while he is coming to loot me AND while he is running away

but this isnt the worst thing....if this was consistent..I could go around that..like flipping headphone or something...but it seems random

does anyone experiences this too?

ELI5: Why doesn't PUBG feel as smooth as CS:GO despite me having high FPS?

Obviously PUBG doesn't have a very consistent high FPS, but regardless of that, I'm curious. Even 60FPS in PUBG isn't anywhere as good (snappy?) as it is in CS:GO. Why is that?

I have some basic ideas myself, but I hope somebody can go into details/be more technical than myself.

EDIT: I just want to clarify that I do have around 144FPS a lot of the times except some spots on the map and other reasons for drops, also a 144HZ monitor. I'm more asking about the game feeling like rubber compared to most other games and how smooth they are - be either BF or CSGO or whatever else.

Anyone witnessing huge FPS drops?

My fps drop from 110 to 11-25 for one or two seconds every 10 seconds or so. It is super annoying and you simply can't play like that....and i can't find a fix for that. I deinstalled the game with all its files but there is still those fps drops. i7-7700HQ, GTX1060 6gb, 16gb RAM

edit: it is since the sanhok update. i didnt play for a while
