Player Reporting has been delayed

Hi all! Same as last time! We're requiring you to follow the format below (you can copy paste it). Please, please, please follow this format, and check to see if what you are reporting has already been said:

By doing this, we can use the upvote system to measure severity/frequency and also provide the developers with more info than simply, "Hey, this thing is not working, can you fix? Thanks." While allowing less severe/frequent bugs some more visibility instead of flooding the thread with the same bug. If you wish to report a bug and see that it's already reported, then just reply to that comment. If you have a workaround for that bug, then comment it on that post.

(Suggestion) Using Research Points to rush expeditions.

How would you all feel about this? I think it would be very beneficial for those of us that have filled out all of the Research tiers and are sitting on a constant, unused 27,690 Research Points not even including the 4,260 limit that is also constantly full. I know research points are also used in some expeditions and even transforms but this will be yet another way to use a resource that more-or-less becomes obsolete after filling skill trees.

New Mission Type Idea: Weather the Storm!

Introduction: While you were in the middle of a mission, a massive storm rapidly moved in, compromising your objective, and nearly your life. Your new goal is to stay alive as long as possible while you wait for Ray to send a transport.

Logistics: Your rewards get compoundingly better the longer you stay alive for. If you get knocked, the counter doesn't reset, but the rate at which your score was increasing resets. A teammate picking you up doesn't cause it to reset. At the end of 15 minutes, a transport ship appears at a random place in the zone, and you have to travel to it before you can leave the mission. - All husks throughout the mission immediately target the nearest player. - All husks spawn at random places on the map just like wandering husks do in normal missions.

Playstyles: - Stay mobile: You will be constantly trying to outmaneuver the horde, but if you never kill any, you'll be cornered and die a painful death - Build a Base: You will have traps and walls doing much of the work for you. Just remember to put down some patrol ward traps so that husks can't spawn inside your base. - Delete the Husks: You say "screw you" to fate, and go on the offensive. You craft a large amount of patrol wards, and with your team, cover the whole map except one section with those buggers. Then, with that section trapped out, you pull out your weapons and take on the storm head-on.

Edit: Do you guys have any other ideas for how this could be tweaked? This is still a very rough idea, and could use some feedback.

When can we increase the difficulty in Deliver the Bomb missions again?

Epic has disabled the Difficulty Pylon in Deliver the Bomb missions with the 3.1.0 patch and said they would address this issue and work on it, but since then nothing happend. Did Epic forget about this? It's been over three months already and they didn't even mentioned it on their Trello board. Could we please get an update?

All Event Weapon Perk Changes (4.4 Recombobulator Update)

Hey there, I just wanted to compile a short list with all the Event Weapon Perk changes that are now possible with Update 4.4. Let me know if I missed anything, or I should add in all possible rolls. (This will take longer and look more clustered, but might help more in some instances)

I know that some weapons are missing, that's just because I don't have them. In general, all weapons prior to the Christmas event, The Frostbite, and the weapons of the ultimate Edition. Data on those would be very much appreciated

Nocturno (Don't know all the rolls)

  • Element can be changed. CR/CD/CD is possible, could be stronger than DMGtoAfflicted, although not as reliable

Hydra

  • DMG/DMG/HS AND Element. Nuff said

Hacksaw

  • DMG/DMG instead of FR/RS. More Damage per shot. +225% Mag Size possible if you want to run around with a weapon with roughly 400 bullets in the Mag

Mercury LMG

  • DMG/DMG/DMG possible. One DMG can be HS. Can have double Fire Rate. Can have Triple Mag Size

Dragonfire

  • DMG/DMG/DMG possible. DMG/CR/CD/DMGtoAfflicted is still the strongest most likely. One DMG perk shares the utility slot, MagSize/RS/Impact are further options

Founders Revolt

  • Element is the biggest, but you can also go for crits now

Heartbreaker

  • DMG/DMG/HS/ADS AND Element

Ralphies Revenge

  • DMG/HS/HS, new QoL Choice (Reload/Mag/Dur). Extremely high Damage now, although the explosion isn't as potent with double HS

Neon

  • DMG/HS/HS, double HS is always nice on a Sniper

Noble Launcher

  • More Damage, if you swap out Fire Rate. Double Durability possible

Egg Launcher

  • Element Swap possible. DMG/DMG/DMG possible. One DMG can be re-rolled into DMGtoAfflicted. Double Durabilty possible

Quad Launcher

  • If Durability is not wanted, can be swapped to Reloadspeed, and therefore Reloadspeed -> Damage for more Damage. Attack speed can be increased (Unknown effect). Only one crit choice, so worthless perk option

Dragons Fist

  • DMG/DMG/DMG is possible. One DMG perk can be swapped out for Impact, which could be interesting for the weapon. Conditional Slot still locked to Stunned/Staggered/KnockedDown

honestly, it's so annoying to do 10-15 minutes building spending 3000 mats & traps then 5 minutes fighting only to crash when there's 2 minutes left and when you start up again either someone has taken your spot or the game has ended. that was the only cat 2 pl70 mission available for my quest progression, now there isn't any available and will probably have to wait a few hours until new mission refresh. i can't be the only one experiencing crashes like this

Trap tutorials?

Can we get some more trap tutorials (specifically in Stonewood and Plankerton)? I help people out in Plankerton and it's actually baffling how they think T1 wood or metal is enough to fend off level 40+ enemies without traps, especially during the missions with three or more objectives.

I believe that reinforcing trapping would be beneficial to literally everyone in STW. Sure, it's not actually a problem in Stonewood, but instilling habit early would go a long ways. Something like every now and again having to get "x" kills with traps only? Something. Anything.

RE-PERK Does not allow perk experimenting

It is waaaaaay too grindy taking 3hrs to get 1000 IF your farming encampments otherwise it's at least 6hrs. Then if you change a perk then want to put it back you now have wasted 6-12hrs with no progress or feeling of completion other than you just wasted a day to try and use a main feature of the game that does not support experimenting.

step 2 is letting us put sloped floors on sloped terrain. Including that multi-layered crap that destroys my hopes and dreams of a decent Atlas protection.
