Played for 25-30 minutes in the new map and wanted to see how I had done something in my main world. I couldn't find my saved and remembered that I'd been playing my main off of autosaves.... Posted: 27 Apr 2018 07:28 AM PDT I'd really like for you to be able to auto sync mods with the server you're trying to join. I don't want it to download without asking, but having a dialog box pop up with "Install Bob's functions mod" and like a yes / yes to all button would be really awesome. I tend to have a lot of concurrent saves going at once and switching / getting friends to manage their mods is a bit of a hassle. This shouldn't be super hard to implement, just attach a mod manifest to each save and toggle / download as required then restart and load into the game. It'd be really awesome if our wonderful, gracious, kind, and talented devs could make it so lua could reload mods on the fly. [link] [comments] | ||
Posted: 27 Apr 2018 02:46 PM PDT Hey all. I maintain a firewall with a VERY restrictive default deny policy on my computer. No traffic is allowed inbound period. No traffic is allowed outbound unless a specific rule exists for a specific port. I am unable to host ANY games using Factorio's multiplayer service by allowing port 34197 outbound OR outbound+inbound. I only have success when opening ALL outbound ports on my firewall, which I obviously don't want to do. It appears to me that 34197 is not the only port required for Factorio, and literally nothing I have found online recommends anything else. Any ideas? EDIT: I should clarify that by being "unable to host", I mean that others recieve the typical "Couldn't establish network communication" error. It is impossible for anyone to connect to me and they can connect to other public games with ease. Thank you. [link] [comments] | ||

Unfortunately, RL commitments and team organization couldn't get enough full teams together to compete this weekend. We will retry another Red Circuit event sometime in late May. Therefore, instead… Tomorrow, Saturday, April 28, 3pm CST / 9pm CET, I will be Shoutcasting a 3Ra Experimental Scrimmage. This is a custom coded scenario which has 4 ways to win:

So, I checked that to make the red science we need to get some materials. On of it is the coke, but to get coke we need to load on tecnology to enable the coke production. Is it a bug?
