Are you a returning player? Or maybe you're just a new player looking for help from Erenor's veteran adventurers? This thread is dedicated to those who seek help in the game of ArcheAge. No question is stupid, and all are encouraged to ask! Better to be informed than to be ignorant willfully. There is a ton of great information to be found. Returning - what happened?? Char reset & no mail Posted: 01 Mar 2018 05:49 PM PST Hey everyone, I played this game a lot about 6 months ago, never really got into the social side of things just knocked out quests to level up and was enjoying it. Anyway, I started a new job and haven't played in all that time, so I recently updated. I see there was a server merge, and the archeage site says I will receive XP/Items etc reimbursement via mail. However, I have no mail. I've been sent back to the beginning and demoted to level 7 and stripped of all gear and skills. Frankly, I'm a little bit annoyed that I lost all of that progress. Am I missing something to get reset back to where I was? Or is there no way around this and I'm back to the beginning again? EDIT: I have two chars, one is down to 7 and the other is at 9. Can't login to play Posted: 01 Mar 2018 07:58 AM PST Every time I go to open the game it plays the opening "Trion" and XLGAMES" opening animation then black screen until it closes. I have tried the settings.cfg with DX9 and Login_Movie 1/0 but that still doesn't work. This is on windows 10. Any help would be great. submitted by /u/Vadok [link] [comments]
