Jagex Pls. Bobblehead ROTS pets are BOSS pets, they should override familiars.

Title. Bobblehead ROTS pets are the only BOSS pets that don't override familiars. Literally every other pet in the boss category overrides familiars.

Jagex should either move the ROTS set to follower/companion pets, or allow ROTS pets as overrides. The inconsistency is killing me.

At the very least, SGB should get 9 square range

Everyone now sees the need for a buff to the SGB. Let's start by not making it a sidegrade to the previous tier bow (which will still technically have the advantage of using special ammo).

Unlike halberd range, which differentiates between ZGS and scythe very meaningfully, 9-square range is never important enough to provide a real DPS increase except in a handful of scenarios, so dealing with 7 square range just ends up just being an uncomfortable annoyance more than any serious differentiation.

Additionally, economic considerations about Araxxor profits are not a major factor, since the only weapon maintaining spider leg prices is the scythe, and those buying a nox bow as an actual tier upgrade are not in the market to buy the SGB anyway.

SGB actually needs more than this if it is going to compete with dual wield ranged in the long term, but this a good start.

This would potentially increase the value of nox staff/bow so that they aren't a loss from rax anymore, and is a fair compromise since dissing would yield 1 noxious component. Right now many players have stacks of eyes/webs in their banks because they're worthless.

Allow the thieving cape to inherit the Ardougne 3/4 cloak thieving boosts

New bolts:

  • Revitalizes dead content

  • buffs ranged PvM and gives interesting and fun procs

  • gives fletching + woodcutting a profitable method and worth leveling for reasons other than max

  • boosted the value of all low level gems, including pearls which were useless for a long time.

Jagex. MORE stuff like this! This is SO MUCH better than another random slay mob or mini-game. Honestly the first update to excite me since Sliske's Endgame released.

BackStory (if you're interested): I will start by saying that I wasn't scammed and lost absolutely nothing during this process. A few days ago I was offered a duel by some player (unsure if i'm allowed to reveal their username) into which I won and they said my DPS was surprisingly good and offered to take me to raids (Yakamaru). After talking for a few days of getting to know each other, they offered to take me there with some of their other friends and having heard it was hard to find a raids team I thought it would be a good place to start. They told me I needed 3 different switches for Yakamaru (magic, melee and ranged) for 3 different coloured pools. They invited me into a raids group having multiple other people in it so everything had seemed legit so far. My issue came when they told me to use the ancient teleport for Carrallanger - which there was some important reason to go there from memory. This is when I got suspicious, quickly accessed wiki (while they're spamming at me to hurry up) and realized it was in the wilderness. It was at this point they logged out after I mentioned it.

The problem I found with this, is not only does the tooltip not even mention the word wilderness (the closest it comes to is graveyard - which there is one right next to Raids on Mazcab) but upon later testing it doesn't even provide a warning message when selecting this as the teleport. Clearly this must catch some people given they were doing this as the scam.

Runescape is notorious for slipping into every bit of free-time you have. I block out explicit play-time to make sure I'm not playing all day. What do you do to keep Runescape in your life, without it controlling it?

Can't close NXT application without it freezing every time.

Logging on to runescape and playing it seems fine, but the moment I decide to log out and close the app it freezes. The only way to stop the freezing is by ending task on task manager which comes up with this message - Error(1)Incorrect Function(1). All my drivers are up to date, Windows fully up to date and yes I have reinstalled the NXT launcher and it still continues to happen. Can anyone help me out on this?
