Chill Out/Damnation Theme

I know Chill Out and Damnation are both Covenant themed maps. However I think they look way more like the other Forerunner aesthetics you see in Halo CE. Look at them compared to some of the other Forerunner themed maps and then look at them in comparison to the interior of The Truth And Reconciliation in Halo CE. Anyone have an explanation to why these maps don't really follow that Covenant aesthetic as much? (Minus the purples and blues) lol
