A message from the competitive community to the casual community.

Over the past few days on this sub I've seen quite a few negative comments towards the competitive community regarding changes that they don't agree with. Usually the disagreements are based on the state of radar, autos, sprint etc etc.

Some of the casuals believe that we want to create an ultra esporty competitive environment. Completely tossing the "casuals" to the side. All we literally want is one playlist dedicated to competitive. Team HCS or something along those lines. With whatever the new settings turn out to be. (Pls 343 no radar)

It's not in anyone's best interest to segregate one part of the community.

When you look back at the "glory days" of Halo 1,2,3 you realize one thing the reason that these games were so popular was because of how there was something for everyone both competitive and casual a like. The competition scene needs the casual scene and the casual scene needs the competitive scene.

Six days ago, I made a post to investigate interest in a program whose purpose is to pair some sub-onyx players with some Onyx+ coaches in the interest of getting better.

WIth how many updates Ranked has gone through, as a new player I genuinely have no idea how Onyx works anymore. Can you demote from it? Is there a leaderboard to check your CSR compared to other Onyx players globally so you know how much CSR you need to hit top 200?

I just played few breakout matches, and it's disgusting in my personal opinion... I liked old breakout very much, it was fun, intense, ''clutch game-mode''. And now, I feel like every one is camping with shotguns behind corner, waiting for easy kill. To simplify, it's boring. I would like to change SMG and Shotgun, take radar off and shields is optional, it's not much of a problem like shotgun is(for me). What are your thoughts? Anyone feel the same?

Title. I keep seeing people talk about setting changes. Like radar, spring, movement etc. Is something up for discussion with the devs or is this all just talk and hope?
