Video Project Remembering Those We Lost in 2016: "Smash In Memoriam"

I'm Keith, the Project Manager and Lead Graphic Designer at Panda Global. I made this thread today because while this has been a big year for Smash, as a community we have lost members, such as Christina Grimmie, who in their region's community and Smash as a whole, it felt like losing a member of the family. So I am taking it upon myself, as a way to end the year it would be a good idea to create an "In Memoriam" video. To not only highlight those we have lost but also shine a light to those we might have missed. So this is where you guys come in.
In this thread, I would very much appreciate it if you could share:
-Name (Pictures/Videos/VODs highly encouraged)
-Tag
-Character/Game
-Region
-Year of Birth/Death
Of someone in the Smash Community, in your community, that you guys would like to see be put into the video.

I'll use myself as an example:

I want to beat my friends in Melee when we're drinking

I gotta say. Title says it all. So all of my Smash formative years were spent on 64. In college I spammed Pikachu so that I could beat everybody because I didn't want to give up the sticks.
I can't play Pikachu to save my goddamn life in Melee. The differences in speed, hitbox, B-over just are too drastic for me.
So, I want to beat my friends. I don't care if I'm on an OP character, abusing OP tactics/comboes. I don't care. I want to win.
A few things to keep in mind.
  • I will be drinking while this occurs
Okay, that's one thing but I feel it is important.
I apologize if this is not the kind of hard-hitting SSB content that this subreddit talks about, but I want to beat them.
So I guess I'm looking for easy to play/abuse characters that compare to 64 Pika in playstyle. Maybe some videos on some tactics/mechanics that aren't too crazy.
Or if Melee Pika is still viable maybe I can try to master him like I did 64.

What if Nintendo is working with 2GG and is making one of the sagas after switch's release to announce a switch port/new characters? This tweet could be nothing, but 2GG said they had bigger things coming even after they announced the circuit. Don't get hype or psyche yourself out, I just wanted to share anyway cause it seems legit in my mind
