| Posted: 07 Sep 2018 03:07 PM PDT I've spent 4 hours of real time swapping characters and driving by, fast forwarding time by a week on each in between checks, and etc. I am on the last Heist, and I don't want to do it without her, but she legitimately will not spawn. [link] [comments]  |
