- Why no zombies in the streets?
- You have to just love the little details they add in Valmod.
- If TFP had half a brain cell, they would hire modders with their mountain of money.
- This is unacceptable

Is there other games like 7D2D? Posted: 07 Sep 2018 10:26 AM PDT Just wondering if there is other games that over similar experience including the full building, crafting, surviving, mining, dangers, etc. I hope this does not come up often but I seen a lot of negative comments and I wonder if possibly someone had filled the same gap that 7D2D has tried to provide. Most balance issues can be solved by making them player options Posted: 07 Sep 2018 10:50 PM PDT Instead of debating endlessly on whether to make zombies roamers or sleepers, whether to make them track light, sound, or smell, or many other balance design issues, it makes more sense to just let the players customize their own games to whatever they would find the most fun. The game already lets us pick how many hours there are of daylight, whether zombies run or walk, etc. It's not as though there is some pure, pristine vision of the game that's meant to be untouchable; we're already able to change it. So give us more options. Let us toggle dogs on or off, pick roamers or sleepers (or both), determine whether POIs respawn. In fact, get rid of the dropdown menus and let us type in the values directly for numerical features, like the frequency of supply drops and blood moons. The popularity of using mods as soon as players become familiar with the vanilla game shows that players want a more particularized experience. We know what we want. Plus, for the devs, this will take off some of the pressure and criticism, giving them more opportunity to focus on streamlining performance and adding/fixing features rather than putting out design fires. Unless I'm missing something major, I think this would be a benefit for everyone. [link] [comments]

Why no zombies in the streets? Posted: 07 Sep 2018 07:09 PM PDT Did they all get sleepy and 10% of them somehow locked themselves behind doors and wait for people? Sleepers don't make sense. [link] [comments]

Posted: 07 Sep 2018 06:45 PM PDT Even one guy could do more updates to the game within a year than these pathetic excuses for developers can. See how they respond to criticism. It's never "Sorry guys we'll do better." They ALWAYS blame the community for bashing their lazy asses, because it's never their fault. It's been a year. What do we get? New vehicles and lighting........................................... That could have taken them at the most a month and a half. They've run away with the money and left us with the husk of a fantastic game. If any other developer made this game it would be so much better. Wish someone else got this idea. Fuck you, Fun Pimps.
