| Posted: 02 Sep 2018 04:02 PM PDT There's a bit of conflicting and missing information in what I've found about Trade Outlets in 5.0. Essentially it boils down to whether YNY, VILL, SOLZ, and CIN trade outlets have been removed from the game or if only the Cargo Daru for those outlets have been removed (in which case specialty packs could still be turned in there). OMNOM's info seems to indicate those 4 trade outlets have been removed, such that all specialty packs must be turned in at Solis for Haranya and Two Crowns for Nuia (https://omnom.io/july-overview/#Specialty). This is a bit different than what I've seen from 2 other sources - only one of which I can find now, that stated only the Cargo Daru had been removed from the other outlets. I have 3 hiram pcs with the stats i need so far and im about to hit celestial on them (just came back) , at what point do they raise in tiers? is there something i have to do.. omiono site has it broken down into teirs also.. The i understood it was you get ur stats while lvling the gear up and it keep going till divine (right now) and thats about it. what am i missing?. plz help ive been grinding so hard trying to catch up and now i feel like im doing something wrong ty UPDATE- just hit celelstial and the game sent me a hiram awaeking scroll? what is it? when do i sue it?
