Dont work unpaid overtime. Dont work for free. With TAPP gone it sounds like theybare basically saying

"We dont want to pay for personal projects anymore, if you want to finish the ones you have you can do it for free"

Its not worth it. Dont work for no pay. Jagex is a hugely profitable company that can afford to pay you and is choosing not too.

They want to take advantage of the success you want for the game you make to overcome your sense of rights.

Its the same as big corporations taking advantage of squishing employees by giving them 10 hours of work in 8 hours and telling them they arent good enough so the employees feel bad and stay late, or overwork themselves.

Its not worth it

They're likely going to be recoding the entire game, likely in C++ or similar languages. This means ditching runescript, which would allow a substantially higher amount of updates to be pushed out. Honestly, the sooner we got rid of runescript the better.. it would allow Jagex to

1: Hire new devs and have them working on projects significantly faster, since they wouldn't have to learn fucking runescript

2: Release substantially more content since there wouldn't be any more spaghetti code that could potentially break the game if messed with

3: Overhaul the game engine, potentially getting rid of the outdated tick system completely

And

4: Make me stop getting fucking walked out of the beam at Telos like 6 seconds after his bitch ass stopped moving just cuz he felt like it.

Please and thank you. It's quite annoying trying to rally up enough feeders, lure it, and run it halfway or more to Mob Armies just to have a lowlife come and DTD it, especially during masses. Since Clawdia was hotfixed, I think Mega Duck should be too. No point in killing it since it's supposed to be returned to Mrs. Duck anyway??

• Tips: Don't bring anything you aren't willing to lose into the wild! You can use the Edgeville teleport level or an obelisk to quickly get to the boss.
