I was queuing with my friend in random squads. We had one random guy with us and had already played for a while till we noticed his unusual manner of speaking and soon enough we realised that the person is deaf, he tried to talk and pointed with his hands, but he was hard to understand, the only hint to his deafness was his name which started with ''deaf_''. We couldn't really communicate with him and our only way to talk was pointing with out hands.

So Developers of PUBG, please add a text-chat for better and more fair experience towards people with communication disabilities.

This issue is ongoing, hour to hour, day to day, and whereas i absolutely don't condone unproductive spam on this or any issue, a post of mine asking for a response from bluehole on the situation as it stands was wrongly deleted last night. That a good portion of the community, who are disenfranchised are given arbitrary "no spam" deletions on highly up voted, and critically productive posts feels like an effort to manipulate community attitudes and focus toward more 'up beat' posts.

As i said, i absolutely dont condone useless s**t flinging, or un productive posts on this or any matter, but this post had gained traction, it was the only one of its kind on the top page at its time of deletion. So i do not accept this.

since a loooong time ago, when i watched a video from Stonmountain64, PUBG DEATH RACE, wanted to participate in one, none of my favorite streamers wanted to do it ever... so, when the customs match came to live server on beta, I said "gonna do it by my own".
there was a lot of ppl willing to enter, since its something that nobody do on Southamerica.
We were 80 ppl and, yes, it was a blast! fun as hell...

Since accounts from Test server and Live server aren't bound, achievements and Battle Points earned there have to stay there, and this is one of the reasons why people don't play on test servers. The other reason being ping and restricted regions, I believe. I'm going to address only the first one.

Since accounts are not linked, maybe there could be a system where you need to play for some hours in test server, say 4h, and you get a redeem code that can be used in the official server. This could either be a cosmetic item, some amount of BP, or maybe a crate key, or something to encourage people to play the test server.

This is an easy fix to implement, and would increase playerbase on test server, imho.

EDIT: As pointed out, codes would be abusable by bots, so, maybe they could ask for your official server ingame name, and deliver the reward directly (as was with PGI giveaways)

Bluehole please keep making game modes similar to sanhok 45’s

I say this not because of anything included in the game mode except that fact that scopes were almost completely negates in this game mode. Without scopes it completely removes the annoying bs mid game where your constantly worrying about getting sniped my someone you can't see.

List of current glitches/issues for visibility

I'm starting a list of glitches to work-through, this is in no way a bashing post. Simply will list, with the help of the community, known glitches. If you have videos of them happening that's even better! Help them help us!

  • Players not making footsteps while running - This has been around for a while now but for some reason is elusive on video. There are many theories as to why it happens but it is not exclusive to the early game. I have personally noticed it happens when people vault or open doors near you. I hear the door/vault and then no more sound until they physically appear on my screen. Upon watching killcams they are not walking or crouching, they are in a normal sprint. The floating guns glitch may also be a perpetrator in this or how people are rendered/interact with the server when they aren't physically on your screen.
  • Uncrouch Glitch - this is similar to the un-ADS bug that they patched a while back, it seems to happen when you are sprinting and suddenly ADS, crouch, and lean to go to engage the enemy. Sometimes it will stand you straight back up and unlean you. I think this is similarly as detrimental as the un-ADS glitch because it causes the same negative impact to the engagement. Should be easier to fix since they figured out how to fix the un-ADS glitch already.
  • Desync - this is an obvious one so I'm not going to go into it in depth. I think we should have the proper tools to test ping and packet loss to game servers. There could be issues with server hops from certain regions and we have no idea. This is discouraging because this happened in LoL a few years back and it took 6 months for it to get fixed because it was on Comcast's end. I believe they even had to sue them to get them to fix it. I think just being more open on whats wrong will help us be more understanding.
  • Reticles reverting/changing - There are a few different things that can cause this, the most common is switching 4x/6x scopes out for red dot/holo sights on weapons. Sometimes it defaults back to the traditional red dot, other times it changes the color and keeps the shape. I know this is being worked on but any input on the community as to when exactly it happens can help make sure it gets fixed permanently.
  • Sounds coming from a different direction/distance then what it actually is - I personally have experienced this a few times. I'll have someone shooting at me and it sounds like it is coming from far away and to the left, however, when you turn and physically spot the player the sound snaps back to them. This can be very frustrating if they're close because you are unable to snap onto them to attempt and engagement.
  • Queue time abnormally long/unable to cancel queue - Sometimes when I queue it will put me in a 5-10 min queue (NA East Coast) and I will have to cancel queue and re-queue and it will put me in the correct queue time (4-10s). However, sometimes when I click to cancel the queue it simply does nothing and keeps on counting up, the only fix is to restart the lobby. This isn't a huge deal by any means but should still be fixed as it does cause annoyance, especially when tilted.
  • Parachuting mechanics - I know the whole system is being overhauled, the purpose of this point is to gather information on what people find frustrating about it specifically so it can be reworked properly. I would like to see the hitbox of the parachute to not exist. I understand the realism of having it, but the way it function in game just isn't smooth. They get caught on everything (flagpoles, trees, etc.) causing frustration when landing especially in a hot drop meta and wave dropping being prevalent. Also, being able to cut your parachute free at anytime would be nice. There are some abuse mechanics involved with it but shouldn't be too hard to keep people from doing. There is also "random wind" as people call it, where your parachute will randomly go sideways a direction making you lose all control of your drop. Not exactly sure what causes this but very frustrating.
  • OCE matchmaking - I don't know exactly what is going on over there but something definitely isn't right. There are constant posts about it and as far as I could find the only answer they have received is "we are aware and working on it". Recognition is great but nothing else has been said nor have any specifics as to why the issues are happening. I think this is highly unacceptable, whatever the issue is needs to be stated clearly and publicly (not just on Reddit).
  • Seeing little of the opponent when they are lean peaking - this would probably be very difficult to fix and may not be able to be fixed at all. I think some measures need to be taken to try and fix this as much as possible. Being shot by someones elbow or tip of their helmet is no fun for anyone. Desync and how the server reports where character models are could play a factor in this so I assume it can be improved some.
  • Cheaters and Anti-cheat - There is no way to completely get rid of cheaters but I feel there are tons of simple cheats out there that are not banned quick enough or shouldn't even be able to load into a game with. Recently there has been a new wave of aimbot-ers. I have experienced it personally and have seen streamers saying the same thing. The flying cars are also a large problem especially for streamers, while comical there needs to be a way to stop them besides banning new accounts over and over.

Again I will state this is in NO WAY a bashing post. It is simply to bring light on these issues. That being said please post more glitches/issues that you have seen or experienced in the comments. If you have videos of them happening that is even better because it will help them diagnose what the issue is and help them identify the root cause(s). Any and all constructive criticisms are appreciated, the more neutral we keep this thread the more likely it is to be looked at and taken seriously by PUBG Corp. and its employees. Let's help these guys help us and get this game up to its potential. Thank you for taking your time to read this and adding to it.
