If Riot doesn't want 8 TPs per game in LCS, they need to buff other summoners Posted: 05 Aug 2018 01:21 PM PDT Best way would probably be to reduce Cooldowns, 4 and a half minutes cooldown on Heal is pretty big imo, reducing it to 3.5-4 minutes would probably make botlane take it instantly. Also Summoners almost never change, even though the game changes pretty drastically every season. Reducing cooldowns of summoners like Heal, Ignite, Exhaust and Barrier would make competitive players not take TP as much anymore. I hate the idea and I hope it never happens. If I'm pretty much playing a different game than the pros are, I'll either lose complete interest in pro play, or soloQ. Also soloQ would be pretty useless for pro players, and how would you scout talent? It is and will stay 100% free to play, without the option to buy anything, so give it a try!
