You can launch supply missions for all your businesses but you cannot simply purchase supplies. If like me you are looking for something to make your life easier this is not the way to go.

I haven't played GTA sense the good ole Xbox 360 days. I had over 4000 hours on the game. Unfortunately I can't transfer my character over but I wanted to try out all the stuff I've missed out on. I pulled my terrorbyte up to the "Cops are about to take this vehicle in!" mission, and guess what, I killed one with the tase (I guess it's scripted to kill mission NPCs or something?) and the rest instantly aimbotted it. (It's underpowered VS NPCs tbh since they just instantly lock on and shoot it)

However, when I got out they all despawned! No wanted level when I got in either.

Furthermore it seems like some no strings attached missions have been added to a few activities (I got an X80 parked somewhere new in the hills, nothing chased me or anything like that)

I also used it to provoke the SWAT team that tries to sting you if you source supplies, and when I got out the wanted level was gone.

A strange event

So, a very strange event happened to me while playing GTA V some 5 years ago, on my PS3. I was enjoying the story mode with Trevor in Los Santos, to be precise, near that building that is always under construction. I was once passing this place when I see a blue ping on the mini map, so I went to see what it was. Approaching the place I saw a van and a fat, bearded man, he appeared to be from the Sandy Shores area, so I was already surprised. As I got closer to the man, the vision of the game was all white, it felt like I had been hit by a flashbang. After a few seconds of white screen, I showed up with Trevor somewhere else on the map, he was getting off the ground just like those character-changing animations when Trevor is doing something crazy around the cities. After that, Trevor did not even comment on the event, which is weird. I've never seen this event repeat itself, and I've never seen anyone go through it, and have you ever been through this strange event?

[Tech Help] Stuck on Three's Company mission...

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out here.

I have this issue with the Three's Company mission when the trio all come together for the first time to do the FIB's dirty work and kidnap an IAA prisoner.

The issue is that when you are prompted to switch to Franklin after you burst through the IAA window, I get stuck on him. It's ok at first - I can shoot all the targets, I just can't do anything after it.

I've Googled it but haven't found anything that details this specific error, although I have noticed a post about issues later on in this mission with Trevor. I looked through a strategy guide and noticed that the game itself is supposed to switch back to Micheal (after Franklin is done shooting the targets) automatically.

Additional Info:

Installed mods include Native Trainer and the other two needed to make NT work, which I think is the Script Extender and the ASI loader. I've fiddled around with the cheats activated on NT but it hasn't made any difference.

  • Story wasn't memorable. GTA IV told about an immigrant moving to the land of opportunity only to get sucked into more crime. With V, the ending didn't make me feel anything. Just three guys with their own stories; no chemistry. In IV, Niko was an immigrant trying to survive, Johnny was from a biker gang, Luis was a bodyguard for a guy heavily in debt. They lived lives that they really didn't want to. They had something in common.

  • Characters aren't memorable. You had Roman, Dmitri, Patrick McReary, Ray Boccino, and etc in GTA IV. Lester is the only one I really remember in GTA V.

  • The map is huge, but the city is clumped up into the bottom of the map, and the countryside is just mountains. Each location doesn't have its own feel. And there's a lack of interior. I could go inside a Chikin' Lickin' resturant in GTA IV.

  • There are only five heists in the game. And 69 missions. Not enough. And even if you choose different approaches, the end result is the same. The variables might affect the amount of money you steal, but it doesn't drastically change anything.
