In this review i focus primarily on positioning and item choices. Everyone knows how to zap people, but do you know how to continuously zap people without dying? Positioning is the key point between a Zeus and a good Zeus. It is 25 pages in total. I've just completed another review on a Archon 4 position 4 Crystal Maiden. In this review i focus primarily on warding, better utilization of spells, surviving to deal more damage as a pos 4 CM. You aren't a pos 5/6 ward bitch, you should be able to do position 4 stuffs with position 4 farm correctly to maximize your impact! It is 27 pages in total. On paper, the bear can tank, harass and cs all for little risk during laning phase provided that LD is protected by a supporting hero with projectile disable. This would nullify LD main weaknesses as a traditional carry such as gamechanging chronos, escape mechanisms and massive damage, whilst allowing the team to pick a suitable hard carry which can do those things [link] [comments] |
Why ignore Sange and Yasha for PA Posted: 24 Jul 2018 06:18 AM PDT I've been playing PA with S&Y for a long time, but recently I've checked high mmr players and they seem to ignore this item. As for me it gives you the needed hp/agi to steamroll the enemy team before 20 min with aquila/phase boots/blight stone (with such items almost every support dies at 1 crit) and then go bkb. With 150 health talent you are almost unkillable. Most of the people choose deso or bf as starting items, but it leaves you with 0 survivability for the first 20 minutes so enemy zeus or tinker can easily kill you. Am I wrong? [link] [comments] |
A new approach to Legion Commander Posted: 24 Jul 2018 05:34 AM PDT For prettymuch all of Dota History, LC only has had one build and playstyle: Blademail - Blink/Sb - Duel and hope the enemy dies. She is also considered a strong Offlaner, but unlike most other Offlaner doesn't seem to be played/build as a Teamfighter. People often just run around alone and Duel weak targets, just to increase their damage and to get blown up later (especially since she is still way to often picked as a jungler). Could it possibly be viable to build her as a Teamfigther with Vanguard + Halbert instead of Blademail + Blink/Sb? You wouldn't be forced to Duel, just to increase your damage, but to start fights as a Team. Edit from the Comments: Ok, let's approach this from a Meta perspective. The current top meta Heroes between 2-4k are Spectre, Zeus, Clinkz, Ursa, Axe, Bloodseeker, CM and the omnipresent Pudge. Most of those Heroes will not die to a Blademail Duel and may even win it themselfs. Thats why LC currently has a ~46% Winrate (including other factors), so the current way of building/playing her doesn't work. A Vanguard and Halbert would help in some matchups, pushing Blink back if needed at all. Even with a Blink, catching a Bloodseeker or Spectre would be very hard and killing them even more so, while a Zeus or CM has low mobility anyway. [link] [comments] |
