World of Warcraft Extinction (Sargeras' Sword Impact cinematic )

I for one am happy Blizzard finally came around to supporting male slutmogs in BFA. This is what the horde desperatly needed.

I'm not sure how I want this story to progress but whatever happens, it'll piss the Horde off

Blizzard - Please don't ignore 10 man groups in BFA raiding

Posted: 11 May 2018 08:18 AM PDT

Legion has been by far my favorite expansion since WoTLK. It really has a lot of high points from mythic dungeons to a fantastic story. Lots of challenging solo content as well. Where I think it came up short was supporting small raid sizes.

As a 10 man casual, should be able to clear heroic raiding guild we are constantly faced with punishing mechanics that larger raid sizes pretty much ignore. Antorus is probably the best example, where a 10 man will struggle with the last 3 bosses on heroic, but if you go up to 15 or 20 people it can become trivial. Heck, bring 6 warlocks into Aggramar and it turns into pretty much a lootship.

Coven is probably my biggest complain, because as a 10 man we really tried to progress through the fight only to be punished by RNG at times. One person down means the fight cannot be finished. Do the same fight with 20 people and you can lose 3 and still finish well within the enrage timer.

Not sure I would blame it all on scaling, I think a lot of it has to do with the encounter design not really thinking of how a 10 man will deal with the situations. There seems to be a lot of assumption of what tools you have available leaving a mele heavy 10 man pulling their hair out with content that a 15 man full of range makes trivial.

I really hope that encounter design in BFA starts to account for smaller raid sizes, because after Tomb, antorus felt like we either had to do just normal and be happy with that, when we had been able to complete raids before on heroic at a reasonable pace.

I just love how he slam dunks the guy like he's playing basketball.

Seriously, if the remaining San'layn turn out to be complete dorks then I might just rescind my stance on them as an allied race. That'll certainly be one way to differentiate them from the Sin'dorei and the Forsaken.

A somewhat small reason as to why Blizzard should give Frost Death Knight the ability to use two-handers back in BfA.

Posted: 11 May 2018 09:33 AM PDT

Weapons and a lack of artifacts.

Unholy and Blood Death Knight both exclusively use two-hander weapons, their spells even require them to be equipped. You can't even dual-wield in those specs anymore.

Frost is the opposite, you can equip 2h but your spells demand you use dual-wielding weapons.

This means in BfA, without artifacts, if you main Unholy/Blood and you want to switch to Frost, you'll need to farm entirely new weapons. Where as in WoD and backwards, if you had a 2h weapon as DK you could literally play any DK spec.
