If you commit any crime in whiterun in the very beggining of your play through make a run for it and don't fast travel. the guards will not stop following you. I ran from whiterun guards still hot on my trail about 5 or 6 shooting arrows at me i ran through a giant camp i turned around and saw some of the guards being thrown jn to the air. I made it all the way to morthal. went into the cave with the vampire master it was a very hard fight the vampire master was a foe to be reconded with I had completely forgoten what I had done in whiterun at this point and I was very low on heath so I ran a distance to heal I made my way back to the sight of a whiterun guard decapitating the shit out of the master vampire. He turns blooded. he walks over slowly great sword drawn. and says you have committed crimes against skyrim and her people what say you in your defence. That lone whiterun guard chased me all that way killed a giant, 6 vampires 2 thralls and a vampire master that was probably around for 300+ years old. Just so he could take me to jail for stealing one sweat roll.
