Someone logged into my account from Italy and spent 8k Vbucks, not sure how to reach Epic

Hey, a couple days back someone logged into my account, spent all my vbucks, removed my friends and changed the account info. I logged back in, fixed stuff, set two factor auth and made sure there hadn't been any credit purchases. I reported it to Epic through their support center page and immediately got an automated email back about credit card charges, which I responded to saying I just wanted my vbucks back, and haven't heard back in the last three days. Is there a better way of contacting them?

Remove Triple Llama and 11x llama bundles from the rotation

Sure they are an alright deal if you like to try your luck with the normal upgrade llamas. I don't even really mind them being a thing. But what is a little bit frustrating is waiting on a specific llama (usually super or troll) to come back into rotation, but 3 out of the 7 days a week are basically guaranteed to be one of these bundles instead.

What I propose is taking them out of the rotation, and replacing them with a weekend or even just a saturday sale on upgrade llamas that replace the normal upgrade llama spot for the duration of that specific time slot.

It would free up the daily llama reset to feel a bit more varied. I also think that having a specified day that normal upgrade llamas are on sale would make some people save up for those days. Personally I usually save up for the super/troll llamas myself. But I know a lot of people buy upgrades and this might help both sides get what they want.

Just a suggestion, would love to hear feedback of what the community or Epic staff thinks of this idea.

I think it would be a great QOL improvement if we could keep using traps after the match ends. Or especially if you put the wrong trap down on a fully upgraded steel piece and now have to destroy it, wasting 60 steel and crafting materials.

It takes at lv 1, 10 seconds to empty 100 rounds

With max fire rate perk at 42%, its still 10 seconds to empty 100

Its a dead perk and a waste of resources?

It isnt exactly the most important thing but it would be a great QoL update. I often switch between my dps soldiers, my constructor and my ninjas so swapping after every mission can be a bit of a pain. Especially since my game, for some reason, lags at the beginning when i switch out my main hero. Pls epic!

This is a good opportunity for another "super" Llama as well.

These materials are difficult to get, and assuming they won't be refreshed in the event store, I'd love a way to obtain them without needing to grind forever.

I only saw one post about this since the new reroll update so, sorry if it's been addressed elsewhere.

just wondering if they're gonna change it so recycled weapons return things like re-perk or perk-up. it would be cool if weapons return some perk-up based on the rarity of perks they already have and maybe a set amount of re-perk as well. also definitely would be cool to get the perk resources that I've used on schematics even if it's just a percentage.

because of how expensive rerolling perks is, it would be helpful if we could get re-perk back so players can experiment more with different perk combos.

lemme know what you all think and if there's anything else that could be added/changed

Teleporting/freezing enemies worse than ever... PLZ FIX

Sometimes it's smooth but in missions with a couple of players and a lot of enemies dying quickly it becomes a slideshow. The other games I play are incredibly smooth and Save the World runs like a pile of shit compared to them. Especially since the last patch. Increase the packet rate or see if your servers are becoming cpu bound. Maybe you there is just too much going on and the servers can't handle it. I don't know but please do something about it. My framerate does not drop so it's a server problem on your end. I am quickly losing interest in playing because of this. No one should stand for it or ignore it. If it were your precious BR running like this you'd be scrambling to fix it. If I sound upset it's because I am. PS - When it happens everyone else in the mission also complains about it. I mainly play in Twine where it seems to be worse but I could be wrong.

Before anyone says something like upgrade your PC..

CPU - i7-8700k

MOBO - ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC)

Ram - 16gb 4133mhz G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series

MSI GTX 1060 6gb - Framerates are above 200 fps but I cap them to 144.

ViewSonic - 144hz monitor

West Coast - 33ms ping over 100 mbps wired connection. Doesn't matter the server I pick or auto connect to.

Fortnite installed on - SAMSUNG 960 EVO M.2
