Testing a minor bug on the Public Test Server (PTS)? Freeditch no longer has Gilda Vendor? Can you still do Merchant runs across the ocean for Gilda? Best Gilda farm still daily's?

Hex Warden/Bloodreaver 4.5 FS

Hello everyone, I was wondering what you guys think about Hex Warden (or maybe Bloodreaver) with the 4.5 update. I am going to play on the FS Server and I am looking for a class for small scale PvP. I am going to play with a friend who is going to be a healer, so I dont really need any sustain myself. I know Executioner will be the best melee class, but I dont really like it that much, so I am looking for something else. Also, is there any viable Battlerage+Songcraft+X class? Thanks!

Haven't played archeage since it first released. Got a lot of questions and would like advice :)

Ok first and formost I loved playing archeage when it first released, I was a tryhard daggerspell and I would like to try something different than last time.

  • I like progressing on my own and doing things on my own, what are some good class choices that favor this and are strong in 4.5! (Preferably the ones that wreck havoc from range and don't get 1 shot by dark runners LOL)

  • What would be the fastest way to progress? Questing? Farming? Other stuff?

  • When I last played archeage I remembered running low on Gilda Stars to buy boats and stuff.......... how should I earn them and what should I spend them on?

  • What should I invest my time points or labor into? I remember investing into making music for some reason haha. I remember you could invest into talking with the other faction, but what would be the most smart and gold efficient way to invest? I heard crafting and some other can be one but I have no idea how to craft stuff and would need help........

  • Gold gold gold........ best way to farm gold?

  • Any extra info to help a returning player out! Thanks!

EDIT: And housing, I didn't pay much attention to housing back in the days, what can houses be used for? And how can I claim them fast?

I played on aranzeb was Violetah in Forestcrow for the first few months, left and went to TEAM/WANTED in the west for my remainder as "Hussy." Anyone I know or from those guilds coming back? Any members still playing? Miss the game.

Battlemage in 4.5?

Been thinking of switching from a Darkrunner to battlemage with cloth armor + shield and a scepter.

Viable or not? Why?

Mainly looking for a sustainable mage class which can be good for pvp on both 1v1 and larger scale.

Returning player - Need advice for fresh start.

Hello everyone!

I haven't played Archeage since it's first release and I've been trying to research and learn as much as I can as the game has changed a hell of a lot since then!

The biggest thing I remember is that rush of the initial land rush. It was such an intense beginning. I loved it.

My first question is have they released a time on the 4/5 when the servers will open? I can't find any information on a time, or is 12am a safe assumption and if so what timezone is this in?

My next question. What I've read is the farm quests start at lvl 30 and 50. This being the case, on release it seems rushing level 50 will be of utmost importance. Not playing since the beginning what is the best way for me to rush level 50? Should i go through every quest i come across or should I stick to certain quest lines? .

I completely understand hesitancy in people not wanting to reveal their strategies. If you want to PM me some advice that would be great. I'm just a solo player, don't have all the time in the world. There's very low risk I'll be messing with anyones plans :)

Cargo and T2 Buildings for 4.5 Fresh Start

So I read a blurb in the fresh start FAQ about a T2 building being required to make cargo. Could someone explain this in more detail? Like, what is considered a T2 building and who needs to own it? Me, my alt, my fam?

Hello everyone, I've been playing ArcheAge since the Alpha and stopped around 1-2 years after release. But now I really want to get into it again (mostly for nostalgic reasons). What classes are viable with 4.5 and level 50 as levelcap? I enjoy pretty much every class, so tell me about everything. Also, I am going to play together with a friend and we will most likely focus on PvE and small scale PvP. Thanks! :)
