Because "it wasn't worth it to spend 500 to hire someone to murder" and "She's so annoying"

I am somewhat horrified

Am I the only one who never played as a nord?

Posted: 03 Mar 2018 07:11 AM PST

So, I have over 120 hours on skyrim, but, I never installed mods, and I never played as the nord, who I think is the most basic class (not easy I mean, but basic, classic). All my games have been trying different builds on different races, excluding the nords

Decided to role play a craftsmen and honestly it's the most fun i've had on Skyrim

Posted: 02 Mar 2018 08:31 PM PST

I started roleplaying an orc as a craftswomen. It's been interesting. I see my orc as a prideful to a fault. so much so that she won't use anything she can't make herself. This includes armor/weapons, potions, food, enchantments etc. Followers have to wear crafted armor as well, and magic is a no.

Obviously things like soul gems and ore is hard to do. but overall this is the most immersed i've gotten into the skyrim world. there's just something so satisfying about kicking ass with things you made. I highly recommend.

On my (estimated) 15th playthrough of Skyrim I just realized you can choose to enter the keep with Rolof and not Hadvar. Am I stupid or is this easy to miss? How many of you took a while to realize this or just now realized it?

Best children to adopt?

Posted: 03 Mar 2018 05:47 AM PST

Would love to ask those who adopt kids in Skyrim who they're favorite children are?

I always make sure I adopt Alesan every playthrough because it just amazes me whenever I see him in Dawnstar carrying a pot. I mean, I would love my kid to be very reliable.

Was hiking in the mountains today, and this river reminded me a lot of Skyrim.
