It's time to make tickets to Kakao because it looks like they take lag into account based on the number of tickets they receive

If you have looked at EU podcast tonight a small tidbit about Kakao's GM's is that they base the amount of lag based on the number of tickets they receive. This is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard said by a publisher of a game in my life.
So everyone that is affected by lag at any point during the game, during node wars, during siege, during the evening or at any other point and you want it fixed please go here:

Select Technical and from there you describe your problem.
If you want a generic subject and text you can use the following:
"The servers lag and this impacts my gameplay experience in a very bad way"
As for text:
"During the siege on 03 Mar 2018 the servers lagged very bad. The siege was unplayable, Valencia 1 channel was unstable for anything from PVP to life skills. Every time a siege happens and also during any other events that involve a lot of people. This has been going on too far and it needs to be fixed"
Time to lag their support tickets, because they don't care about us.

The "Lavientia Event" is a week shorter than the last one. It totals 20 days. If you miss a single day you will not get the 40 seals required for the best reward.

The event lasts from March 1st after downtime until March 21st before downtime. That is 20 days, with 2 pearls per day as a reward, the maximum you will get is 40 pearls.
I understand you can get them as drops, but a lot of people (including myself) have shit terrible rng and still haven't seen a single one.

Last year, the event ran for 28 days, totaling 56 pearls from logins. This gave players a chance to potentially receive a second shiny box as a reward if they were lucky with rng.

I'm not sure if kakao's intent was to stop people that got lucky from getting a second box or what, but if you miss a single day of login (of which you need to be logged in for an hour) you potentially won't get a shiny box unless you're really lucky with drops.

Proposal: extend event an extra week, or during last week make the reward give 3 pearls per day.

Fixing lag

Hey,

so anyone who has played the game from the begining knows that we started with 3 seperate servers and then the merge came and everything went more and more to the dumpster.

So my suggestion is why not bring the 3 servers back but not tie players to them? Simply have another choice when choosing a channel, first server and then channel. (Although I have no idea how hard this is to do I bet it would work)

And at node war time everyone that is not participating in a nodewar gets kicked out of the first server and that server is dedicated to nodewars at that time resulting in a smoothe experience.

What do you think? And is there something you would add?

All I hear is how bad Sorc is rn, but they look like the most interesting class to me. (I love scythes). I'm pretty new to the game and have a 53 witch right now, but nothing gets me as excited as seeing a purple scythe spin around, lol. What are the chances Sorc will get a rework, and for PvE are they a pretty fast grinder? I hear most of the gripes are in PvP.
