Reminder: If you're having trouble finding a spot at abyss, armoured zombies exist. Posted: 25 Feb 2018 01:33 AM PST Requires: Defender of Varrock quest completed. Talk to hartwin in varrock castle on the 2nd floor of the NW tower and he'll bring you to the trapdoor at chaos altar. Go down the trapdoor and you'll enter an instanced area where you can kill armoured zombies. They drop bones so bonecrusher combo works. Just bring aggression pots, demon horn/salve(e) and go wild afk like you would in the abyss. With crystal halberd and 80 stats, my alt is getting 1.6m combat xp/hr (1.2m style, 400k hp). Not the best considering dxp, but as a spot that's always free it could definitely be worse. edit: For the 1 hr, also got 600k in drops from legendary pet pickups, 90 gold charms, 23 crimson, and 38 blues. submitted by /u/Wolfs_Hollow [link] [comments]

Scroll of quick teleportation description fix Posted: 25 Feb 2018 04:23 AM PST The current description of the scroll of quick teleportation simply states that it unlocks the ability of "quick home teleportation." It gives no indication that this is the dungeoneering/sinkhole quick home teleport. I was expecting it to render vis wax unnecessary, and I don't think that was an unreasonable assumption. I guess it is a nice thing to have now, but I definitely would have bought some other things first if I knew what it really was. How is RS3? Posted: 25 Feb 2018 05:30 AM PST I never really delved into this game in the entire time I know about RS. As I kid I usually played OSRS and around a year ago I got back into RS again after many many years and started playing. I have heard a decent amount of RS3, but most of the OSRS-community use this game as some sort of laughing stock than anything else. For people who have played both games, how do you experience RS3? Is it fun? Is it somewhat noob-friendly? (I find OSRS hard to get into when being completely new to members-world, even tho my main is now pretty decently leveled). Is there also some sort of guide what I can read? Hunting Sagittarian gear Posted: 25 Feb 2018 04:26 AM PST Quick question ... I've recently got 120 Dungeoneering and now I'm on a bit of a mission to try for the Gordie pet and also complete the hard mode set. Along the way I fancy completing the Sagittarian set and I'm wondering what would work best: A) doing hard modes for increased chance of tier 11 kit B) doing normal floors but using my daily option to choose the boss I fight thereby not getting a boss that can't give me what I want.
