Hey Niantic! You guys made a game we all have a lot of feelings about...and this is our spot to express those feelings and make some statements about ways we think the game could be even better for us - and by extension, you!

If you want to complain about the game in a less constructive way please do so in the Salty Sunday - Rage Rants and complaints thread.

Here you will find ideas and suggestions - a mix of the positive posts and constructive criticism that reddit's Pokemon Go community have compiled and discussed and up/downvoted by importance and validity for us all. If there's one post on /r/pokemongo you guys should be paying attention to, it's this one, so please do.

[News] Party Hat Pikachu to return untill the 28th of February (Featuring special move Present)

A new event has been announced for Pokémon GO. To coincide with the 22nd anniversary of Pokémon, a Pikachu with a special hat will begin appearing in the game to capture. This Pikachu comes with a special purple striped party hat, the same one as last year, but unlike last year's one will come with the move Present, a move Pikachu does not normally have. It also gives triple Stardust upon capture. This Pikachu will be appearing until February 28th at 21:00 UTC.

I mean what is not to love about Magikarp being the next Pokemon for a community day in the near future? New players can get a Gyrados and there are still players who don't have a shiny Magikarp.

[Complaint] For the love of god Niantic, please fix the no dodging glitch in raids! Like how is this not fixed by now?

Seriously, I am sooo tired of having to take these massive 1 shots which result in immediate death of my pokemon! Try to dodge and be guaranteed to be stuck in that glitch where you cant do anything or even see your own pokemon. It especially hurts when you JUST miss defeating a level 5 raid boss when you know if you could have dodged those solar beams or Hydro pumps you would have made it. Sigh. End rant.
