| Diablo 2 worth playing for somebody with no nostalgia for it? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 07:25 AM PST Trying to waste some time until the new season. I've never played diablo 2, I didn't even know it existed when it released. At that time I was mainly playing console games due to only being 7 years old (playing stuff like Spyro, tomb raider, pokemon etc.)
Diablo 3 was my first game of this genre. Since then I have played multiple, in a lot of cases getting more hours into it than any triple A rpg.
What I've played: Diablo 3 Path of Exile Grim Dawn Torchlight 1 + 2 Titan Quest
With no nostalgia for the graphics or "clunky controls", is diablo 2 still going to be worth playing? I know a lot of people rave on about it, but most of them grew up playing it. I have no nostalgia, no experience, no knowledge. I've seen some gameplay but no idea what's really going on with that UI lol. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Looking for a new, but similar game! Posted: 17 Feb 2018 07:51 AM PST Hi guys - I'm not an active player of diablo anymore, but it is still my favorite game of all time. Occasionally I will just play through a full game just because I miss it so much. I'm wondering, are there any other games that come close to diablo? I have a Nintendo switch, and was considering buying Skyrim V. Unfortunately I do not have a great gaming computer so it pretty much would have to be switch. Please let me know your thoughts! Thanks! | Looking for casual group (S13) Posted: 17 Feb 2018 03:02 AM PST So I'm new to the PC version of D3 and I'm kinda looking to get into seasons on there. Note: I'm not new in general to the game. I'm actually extremely experience with the WD solo/group, Supp Barb, and RGK Necro builds. I've just been playing console for the last 2 seasons. The issue is I'm currently already set in a group for console and the people are some of my best friends so I don't want to leave them hanging especially since I'll be necro RGK. I would however really enjoy getting into seasons on the PC with a more causal group where maybe a few evenings/nights a week we could get together and play? I'm pretty open to what role I play in groups, but I can't deny I prefer to be clearer or RGK. I have supp barb experience as I mentioned, but absolutely 0 monk experience (as in I played the class to get the achievement for every class getting level 70 then promptly deleted it) unfortunately so if you need that role, meaning zmonk, you're either gonna need to give me a bit to figure it out or teach me to be effective as one. I don't know my battletag off the top of my head yet so I'll get that once I get home from work. If you're interested in adding another person to your casual group for season 13 though I'd be happy to join. Edit: Ugh PC account noob strikes. | Stupid question about banned players Posted: 17 Feb 2018 01:31 AM PST If the player on a leaderboard has "..." by their name and you can check their character info but not their character profile, does that mean they have been banned ? If so why not just remove them entirely from the board ? [link] [comments]  |
