| Posted: 05 Feb 2018 07:23 AM PST im sorry for bad englisherino and any further grammar mistakes im going to be making in this post. The intention im doing this is just to take advantage of Dazed's topic about him showing and supporting some legit, or not, gambling website( https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/7vd8rq/dazed_fire_serpent_to_dragon_lore_fakest_video/?utm_content=title&utm_medium=hot&utm_source=reddit&utm_name=GlobalOffensive) , and to callout Fallen, who is making almost like 'tutorial' videos on how to gamble on the same website Dazed was using. I mean, as a brazillian myself, I can only show apreciation for everything he's done for the brazillian csgo scene, and in a sense the e-sport scene in general here, and while I understand more money is always good, I can't care less if you are sponsored by a gambling site as long you dont do 10minute videos with a title saying "boltz's tatics on getting rich" or "i won betting on green". Thats just plain irresponsible to say the least, considering all the gamble bullshit that already happened with csgo and everything we as a country have to face on a daily basis. I doubt this is gonna get Fallen's attention but if it does, please just dont put this gamble mentallity on our kids mind like if that can't cause any harm on top of our shitty everything. I love you but this gambling shit has to go. I won't be linking the videos to minimize the views but you can find them quite easly since 2 of the 3 'tutorials' are less than a month old. Edit: if you think its ok to advertise gambling sites if it says in the video to "bet safe" when you know most of your viewers are teenagers...well, holy fuck... then just drop the 'good guy' mask and go on. edit2: Saying "they lose most of the time" just means jack-shit. They are betting the skins the website "gave" for them to bet on their website. how the fuck are they losing? they are just returning the skins back showing the gambling system. "There's no such thing as bad publicity", so losing bets are still good advertise. [link] [comments] | ||

| Should I play compititive now? Posted: 05 Feb 2018 05:49 AM PST I am new to CS: GO. I started playing couple of months ago and only 140 hours of playtime. And I haven't played any compititive match yet. I only play casual, deathmatches, and most of the time I spent on community servers and workshop maps for practicing. When I started playing I came to know that you will have to play first 10 matches to get your rank. And you will be matched with different ranked players. Accourding to your performance you will get your first rank. So I did't started playing yet. I think first I get better then win first 10 match and get a decent rank. I really wanted to play compititive now. But I stop myself to play it. I am fearing what if I get silver. It will be impossible to get out of it. I heard theres a lot smurfs in silver. I don't know. I am just asking you guys should I play now and rankup from silver or first get better by practicing and then win 10 rounds of compititive and get higher rank? [link] [comments] |
