Posted: 09 Jan 2018 02:27 AM PST We as gamers spend a lot of time with the games we love. 20 hours is seen as "short" and over 100 hours in a good game is "expected" (Skyrim, Fallout, Starcraft 2, Team Fortress 2, etc.) Most movie franchises aren't even half as long as our shorter games and yet they have a rabid following -- because they represent something that people are just glad exist. Fortnite: I've spent more time with you (well over 200 hours now) than I have with some girlfriends (don't judge me, we were all young once). You're unpolished, you've got a lot of growing to do, you can be a pain to my wallet -- but I'm glad I could support your continued existence. Because you represent something I never knew I wanted so badly:

So today is the last day for the community to group up and get it done (if you haven't already) starting tomorrow a FULL 7 day StS will have to be completed to get the legendary event rewards. | [RANT]The newbies are turning me insane Posted: 09 Jan 2018 12:47 AM PST Now the main chat is filled with lv15 who want to give you one star materials for legendary lv95 assault rifles because they don't have good schematics! They used all of their vbucks in BR and they certainly aren't going to settle down with the rare schematics they found or upgrade them, no, it must be legendary! Someone else's legendary! And with a decent dps please, he's here to trade, it's not charity. The soldiers and ninja aren't wandering around anymore, they don't have to scavenge since they now trade weapons! So they stay around the objective and dance for ten minutes while someone else builds defenses. Until they notice the base of the constructor is producing resources, then they'll dance next to that. Yeah they dance for ten minutes, because they used to start the objective right away and fail miserably, so they learned to wait and stay afk for half the game. Except for atlas missions, you can fail those ones, so let's start them right away without a single wall, people getting mad are just bad players. They can't place traps! They don't have good schematics! And they need the resources to trade! They can't build walls either! They need resources for their base! Then you visit their base and they placed wooden walls around the pyramid base, who needs proper defense when you can invite people forty levels higher who just spawn kill? This year it is my goal to host (at least) once a month a 24-hour stream for the Extra Life organization. Last year was my first time actually hearing of this amazing organization through this subreddit! Since then, I have done a 12 hour solo stream and a 24-hour solo stream. I raised over $200 within those 2 sessions and had loads of fun! I'm currently looking for players to join me and my team to help split the time during our monthly 24 hour stream sessions or simply cover down if/when someone needs a break. Also, I'm looking for players who would like to join me when I stream to play PVE. I'm mainly looking for mature players and seriously dedicated players only. Second slot lvl 82 mythic master Grenadier remirez for assault damage bonus. 24% Third slot blue lvl 37 2 star tank penny for firewall. But when I switch to a ninja dragon that is lower lvl the hp drop is enormous. I know lvling up will help. But I'm wondering if I should be pairing anything better with my main set up.
