The end of 2017 was a 3 month complete and total clusterfuck for me.
I won't go into details but just the last few days everything has gotten on top of me and I've been battleing some pretty deep depression and I couldn't find anything to do with myself while my wife was asleep/busy.
Then I saw a post in my reddit feed about Rimworld and I got that overwhelming desire to play it again, that feeling of purposefulness you get when you're really into a colony has helped keep my mind active and busy during this stressful time.
So thanks to both the community and the dev/dev's for making such an amazing game.

Captured raider develops rapid ageing. Went to see how old she'd get before dying, but turned her into a potato and got bored at 160 y/o so sold her as a "slave" to pirates for 100 silver. Love this game.

What are the most destructive things for your colony?

A few I can't hink of are infestations, thrumbo man hunter packs (a pack wiped out my colony of 10), tornadoes, poison ships, and plague. What else is super destructive for your colony?
