PSA-Tempest island Final Boss

The boss punishes you for moving too far away from her, stay close on her until she starts her AOE burst attack, when that happens move to just outside the ground warning then immediately move back in. If you stray to far outside the circle, she teleports to the furthest player from her location and more than likely will one shot all but the tank. When she raises her hand and shoots lightening out, hold block as she will hit for about 75% health on 17k health player (most pug healers wil not be able to health through that burst and a tornado hitting you). The longer the fight lasts the more tornados she spawns, so resurrect players fast but only if the player is close to the rest of the group, if you run to res a player too far away, the boss will teleport to you and kill you.

The fight becomes extremely easy once you learn the mechanics and as a group stay close to the boss.

Furthermore if someone is patient enough to teach you the mechanics, and is essentially soloing the boss, don't kick them because you died standing on the opposite side of the room after spending the last hour explaining why that happened and going through a half dozen healers.

This mmo is fucking great

Alright, let me say that there are things that could have been more polished. There are things that are understandably different than the non mmo games, things that are better, and some stuff that's worse, but overall the total package I really like. It's really immersive. I've been playing back and fourth maybe 65:35 first person and 3rd for quests and it's felt great. The quests especially, at least from where I started are way cooler than quests in any mmo I've played and they so far have actually felt on par with the base games. The voice acting might actually be better?

That's all! Just wanted to say I liked the game. I started a magickablade (only got to level 8 lol) but I'm gonna try out a magickasorc. I wasn't sure if it was worth it because I'd already sunk what felt like a decent amount of time in but I just realized running through it that it was because I was reading everything lol

Pickpocket sound effect- dog goes nuts. Anything I can do to mute/change it?

I have to use headphones when I'm getting up to my thievery shenanigans. I'll creep up behind someone and when the DING goes off signaling an increased pickpocket chance....my idiot (but good at guarding the house) dog thinks it's the doorbell and goes ballistic. Every. Single. Time. He's sweet but not that smart, bless him. He just refuses to believe that we aren't under attack when he hears that sound. I dunno, maybe he thinks I'M the dumb one for not being worried.

This is something we're working on from a dog-training side of things (though I do generally like having a dog that barks to alert for home security reasons). But in the meantime I'd really love to find a way to either mute or change this one sound effect. I don't want to mute ALL alerts/effects (audio is very important for me in games), just this one particular noise that makes my dog lose it. Is there anything I can do here?

So I have a Macbook Air coming in the mail this week. It is the newest Macbook Air (2017 version) Will the game run on that. I'm not using the macbook as a gaming computer but would like to maybe play some here and there on it if it can handle it. Thank you.

Hey there,

so after nearly a year of hiatus i am back .. nearly reached lvl 50 .. but either i am blind, dumb, or missing something.

Coming from Years of MMO there is usually a good source of quality, and overall accepted builds for each class.

Is everyone in this game just doing there own thing or are good builds secrets no one is supposed to know or what the fluff is going on.

And no i am not here to bitch about it .. but if i type in lets say "ESO Stamina Nightblade Build" i find year old builds .. and a bunch of videos where everyone is pretty much saying that these builds are trash without anyone posting a good one or something in that regard

So pls enlighten me because i really dont know where to go from here

Newb house owner with some questions.

So I just bought my first house in eso, and I am having a really hard time finding furniture I like that is also affordable. Is there any website out there with a list of all the furniture with it also being previewable? I tried eso fashion but couldn't figure out a way to see thumbnails etc... Thanks in advance. Also, can you have food drink, etc as place-able objects to put on tables and stuff? Or are they separate furnishing items you have to buy.

Are they a good dev team that actually seems to care about it's game and player base? I'm looking for some new games to play but am sick of the last few I bought destiny 2 felt like a rip off and is doing anything for a few extra bucks and so did battlefront 2. Now don't get me wrong the games are fun to play but seeing micro transactions being thrown in your face just gets old.

How long should it be taking me to kill enemies?

I'm currently playing an Argonian magicka dps Warden with a good bit of self buffs. For just a normal bandit type enemy, it's taking me ~10 seconds to kill it. Is this normal or should it be a shorter time? Cause it definitely feels like it's taking longer than it should. Here's my bar setup if that'll help:

Ability 1: Screaming Cliff Racer Ability 2: Fetcher Infection Ability 3: Ice Fortress Ability 4: Budding Seeds Ability 5: Destructive Clench Ultimate: Eternal Guardian

I don't use the back bar just yet because I'm still waiting for some more abilities (namely the Betty Netch and Flower), but I'm sure that'll definitely help my killing potential. Any advice on how to optimize my bar for dps would be great. Thanks

Basically the title. Sometimes when I walk into a building in the city I can't leave because the door hasn't loaded in. To fix it I've just been logging out and back in but it's getting annoying. Anyone else getting the problem/know how to fix it permanently?

Warden Tank

I started leveling a Warden and quite frankly I like it better for reasons of taste and aesthetics, loosely brings back memories of Wrath of the Lich King's Frost Death Knight tank.

I was looking at Deltias's Warden Tank build and I was wondering if there was anything I could substitute for the PVP abilities since I hate PVP with a passion?

Need help with pet build for vet maelstrom arena please. Tips and advice also welcome.

I'm having a hard time beating maelstrom arena on vet. I got thru normal easily. I'm champ level 460 and I'm a magicka based Breton sorcerer. Right now I'm running 5 piece necro and the rest master destruction set with 2 piece grothdarr or lambris but without pets. I was wondering if anyone had any good pet builds to help me along with the arena without me having to change my gear around a whole lot? Also do I need to re do my champ points just for the arena itself? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
