| Isn't it time to fix Vote Kick? Posted: 28 Dec 2017 02:11 PM PST I play bounties a lot since I'm often times out of various materials, and unlike most people in the community I actually don't have a strong dislike for them. The biggest problem everyone that plays a lot of bounties knows, is players going AFK trying to leech in public games. This wouldn't be a problem if we had a properly functioning vote kick system, in fact most of these leeches get kicked quickly but some use tricks such as opening vendors/artisans UIs that prevent the kicking to go through. What happens is that if you try to kick them the message "That player cannot be kicked right now" pops up without any further information. Looking around between Reddit and the forums it seems like this has been a problem pretty much since the release of RoS, I know Diablo 3 isn't exactly the hottest Blizzard game right now neither the one that makes them the most bank but isn't it time to fix that function? I've been seeing a lot of people talk about creating seasonal characters and getting a couple hundred paragon levels and creating a new toon to figure out if they like that character or not. | At what paragon does +dmg on rings outscale strength rolls for a barbarian? Posted: 28 Dec 2017 12:06 PM PST Ignoring Caldesanns etc, at what paragon level will +dmg on a ring with CHC/CHD be more valuable to a barb, particularly a charge barb, than its base strength roll? IE with CoE. I'm currently P960 and can speedrun 80's in 3 minutes, but I still think damage on a ring over its base strength lowers my damage. My other question is; is the best way to level to simply keep pushing GR levels that I can do at 3~ minutes or less? Cheers :) [link] [comments]  | ||

I just started it, I wasn't even thinking of starting Marauder Cluster arrow until I got primal rucksack, so I thought why not? So the question is, is there anything I should consider to change? I got suggestions to change vitality to area damage and extra gold to discipline when I asked in chat. I am just trying to make sure that I don't fuck up the item.
