Desync/Lag in this situation? Posted: 01 Dec 2017 06:30 AM PST Didn't record it on video so I apologize, but wondering what's going on in these two situations that happened yesterday. I was inside a building and somebody comes running through the door, I'm unloading a magazine of 5.56 into their back with good hits and red pouring out. The enemy somehow still managed to 180 spin and get a burst of 3 shots in killing me, I think we BOTH bled out in both situations.... What is going on that I am rattling them with rounds they seem to be unaffected and can still turn around and shoot? The saviour of DayZ will be survival gameplay, as it was intended. Posted: 30 Nov 2017 04:22 PM PST DayZ, for most of its life has served as an arena shooter. It was an innovation to have such a massive arena in which to play an iteration on these games. Now other games are filling that gap. PUBG most notably. There is a portion of that crowd that will move on for the fast reset immediate rush after rush of pubg. Some of that crowd will stay for the slower more gradual buildup, but still for that general kind of gameplay. Once animals, diseases, injury, and zombies are working you may see the survival players come back.
