The FCC is gearing up this week to announce its plans at how it's going to tackle Net Neutrality and considering the head of the FCC is being lobbied by the telecom industry, it's almost for sure their aim is for a full repeal.
For those who are wondering what we do about this, a lot of people are trying to contact congress to make NN legitslation. Or even state legislatures. So the fight isn't necessarily over.
Although, it is highly important to spread the word of this so everyone knows the apparent effects this will have on our modern internet infustructure.
Things like Smash tournament streams could get effected and it might be harder for streamers to do things the way they do now. So spreading is highly important.
If you want more information, there's this nifty website that resides here. https://www.battleforthenet.com/
If you also want to know what violations some ISPs made during Net Neutrality, this reddit post by /u/KenPC sums everything up.

Please spread the news to top players that are looking for a sponsor (ex Hugs, Lucky, Ice). Reason is because (former OpTic) Nadeshot is a really big name in the esports industry and is looking for players to join his organization. Here is the video for more information. I think if we get a melee player on this team, it could mean a lot for the growth of melee.

Not made by me, but here's the link: https://smashboards.com/threads/guide-sdi-dealing-with-bayonettas-combo-specials.449145/
Two useful tips that have helped me:
1) (NOTE: This was a little misleading. While you cannot buffer SDI inputs, you also don't need to reset the stick to neutral. You don't get locked out, but at worst you may miss an input (because the game ignores it). If you SDI fast enough, this probably won't affect you at all.) Personally speaking, SDI-ing for each move has helped me the most, though your mileage may vary.
2) It's easier to SDI using your hand and your arm strength - not just your thumb. You will be way less effective using your thumb strength alone. Get used to holding the controller in one hand and using SDI with the other as needed.

This is my first post on this subreddit and I want to prefix it by saying I am certainly not very good at the game. I played a lot of Melee and Brawl as a kid, and only recently picked up Smash 4 for the Wii U.
I'm trying to get better at the game, especially at playing Marth, and my current strategy is to play against CPU enemies at ever increasing difficulties. (Please don't say things akin to "You'll only get better by playing against real people!" - social anxiety does not make this very easy for me).
In the past few days, I had quite a lot of trouble against Dedede, who is supposedly one of the weaker characters. I just can't seem to actually push him out of the arena. Even with 150% dmg and upwards, landing a successful counter (Down + B) or Dancing Blade (Sideways + B) seems to only nudge him barely outside the map, where he has no trouble flying back.
I can never seem to land any smash attacks either, since he pretty much dodges any attempt at doing so.

Is there any advice for me in this situation? Or does this post shout "Noob!" so glaringly that "I don't even know where to begin" seems the only viable reaction?
Many thanks in advance.
