Roaming and Offlane Zeus

Posted: 26 Jun 2017 08:28 AM PDT

Team Secret and LFY have drafted this a few times in the last month or so, and I was wondering what its merits are (besides the obvious free dewarding), as well as when it's a strong pick. It seems the more proper way to play Zeus over drafting him mid since he contributes absolutely nothing compared to TA/SF/QoP etc. in the mid lane unless you're in a pub.

Silencer mid

Hey, what do you think about him? Item build: midas better than fighting build? Playstyle: farming or roaming and rotating a lot to grab that int? Good matchups and bad matchups for silencer? Aghs a good item or not worth the slot and gold?

Kunkka

Would love some tips on the hero as I'm about to start playing him to get the quest chain reward. I managed to win my first game and did well early but struggled in the late game. I played him as a core but will likely shift to a more support style going forward. What items and early/late playstyles would you all recommend?

Mjollnir - When to upgrade.

When do I upgrade to mjollnir? I was under the thought that it's usually better to upgrade last after you are 6 slotted.

What is your purpose? What are you supposed to do? How are you supposed to do it?

Hero Pools

Posted: 26 Jun 2017 01:20 AM PDT

So I was looking through my own stats and noticed I have exactly 20 heroes with both over 50% winrate, and more than 10 games. This got me thinking about what size hero pool is good to have in the game.

Out of the 20 all roles are covered, some of them can fill multiple roles/lanes as well ( examples being medusa can go any lane, mirana can be be a core or a roaming support, WR can core or support, etc ) but anyway. My 20 are ( in order of highest winrate ranging from 72 to 50%) CM Zeus Bristleback Clockwork Natures Prophet Legion Commander Techies Enigma Faceless Void Medusa AM Phoenix Bounty Earthshaker Alch Mirana Kunkka Jug Spectre Windranger

So now my question is, is this a diverse enough hero pool that i should focus on using these 20 to climb? is it too big? too small? etc. Basically want opinions on hero pools / what other peoples hero pool consists of.
