Played a lot of New Vegas and never found or heard of North Vegas Square. Posted: 11 Jun 2017 06:14 AM PDT As the title says. I just found it now and feel pretty stupid not having found it before in multiple play throughs over the years! Anyone else? [link] [comments] |
I have officially seen everything. I am ready for anything at this point. Nothing can phase me. Posted: 11 Jun 2017 11:30 AM PDT I went to Diamond City to buy some shotgun shells and some .45s. [link] [comments] |
Who wants to see the return of ED-E in a future Fallout game? Posted: 10 Jun 2017 05:43 PM PDT I was thinking he could have new special abilities, like the companions do in FO4, i.e.. lockpick, hack, etc.,.. and of course Automatron style upgrades, hopefully a quest like he had in NV or something of the like to upgrade certain attributes even more. I saw a post about eyebot caravans in future games or mods and it just reminds me of journeying through the Mohave with my lil' buddy by my side, as he gallantly charges into battle to protect me. Also, I would love to explore his background even further, hell, even another DLC where he is intertwined in would be awesome as well. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 11 Jun 2017 03:54 AM PDT Ive been playing fallout 3 for the first time. I finished the main game awhile back and loved it i think its better than fallout 4 much better atmosphere anyway. Ive been playing the DLCs and i have just finished Point lookout and im dissapointed. What is mothership zeta like ? Im trying to find the motivation to start it. Thanks [link] [comments] |
Was Old World Blues and exploring Big Mountain as hard for anyone else as it was for me? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 10:47 AM PDT In my first time attempting to play through Old World Blues I ran out of ammo and supplies way too fast, and I had to go back to a previous save before I started. So far it's the only fallout dlc from any game I haven't been able to complete. Was this DLC as difficult for anyone else? [link] [comments] |
So e3 2017 is here, any Fallout news in any way shape or form? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 06:00 AM PDT I'm pretty sure Fo4 VR is going to be shown, anything else? [link] [comments] |
Just finished Fallout 4, what would you do about finding out about Shaun's situation? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 11:31 AM PDT Honestly, if that was me and I found out that he's dying, there would be no need to live imo. He was the whole purpose of this goose chase. I get that they gave you opportunities to form relationships with people and you have people that need you, like the Minutemen, Codsworth, etc., but your original life is long gone. The only one left dies. There's still nothing left in that sense. Either pure depression or suicide would be my only option I feel. Once I beat the game, I just felt emptiness tbh. Like what's the purpose, you know? The character is entirely alone. Nothing for him to work towards. How about you? As my first fallout game, this was pretty cool. Love the concept. Fallout 3 GOTY edition Windows 10 - is there a fix for constant freezing & crashing? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 08:52 AM PDT Got my new PC setup this weekend but I cant get Fallout 3 GOTY working properly at all. I bought it off Steam but upon initial startup I was prompted to download Games for Windows to run the game as it wasn't compatible with Windows 10. That ensured I was able to start the game fine, but I cant get any further than Megaton and I'm getting constant crashes & freezing. Usually when I open a door or enter dialogue with an NPC. Anything I can do? Thanks [link] [comments] |

I just finished fallout 3 for the first time Posted: 11 Jun 2017 03:43 PM PDT Fallout 4 was my first game in the series as I had previously been an elder scrolls player. After spending 400+ hours with 4, and hearing the praise for 3 and New Vegas, when I saw ultimate editions for both older games at Walmart for $13 I knew I had to buy them. Having played Morrowind and Oblivion a bit I knew what to expect of the engine and set aside any bias I might have to try and compare the games based on RPG aspects alone. I can finally say I understand the complaints about 4. As was said in another thread, it's a great game in it's own right, but it lost a lot of involvement for me in personal character development. When I played Fallout 4 I felt like I was playing the best "choose your own adventure" game I'd ever played. I was being told a story where I got to choose the ending, but the main characters were there and already developed. I could appreciate who the main character is, but the relationship you build with the character as the game goes on is completely different. With Fallout 3 I felt more involved with the decisions I was making as I had developed along with this character. Not only was a story being told, a person was being molded. I can understand how some people felt upset or let down with the newest game. It's really a hard thing to quantify for me, but I felt more emotions finishing 3 than I did 4. I can't wait to go back and play the dlc, explore more of the capitol wasteland, and move on to the Mohave! [link] [comments] |
Is Todd Howard going to be at E3 conference tonight? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 03:32 PM PDT If so could be an indication of whether there are any 'huge' announcements, such as some new fallout content. [link] [comments] |
Don't you think that the explorer perk should only reveal non-quest areas? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 02:55 PM PDT I hate it when I go to an area that a future quest will make me go there [link] [comments] |
Is Fallout NV Ultimate edition Worth it? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 02:21 PM PDT I've decided to buy Fallout NV. The ultimate edition is 10$ more, is it worth it to buy the ultimate edition? [link] [comments] |
FO3 crashes at the same point during Take It Back. Any ideas? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 02:11 PM PDT I spent hours last night trying to solve this and although I did find a couple of suggestions, none of them work. I have FO3 GOTY and have been playing with mods without a problem for the entire game so far (including 2 of the DLCs). When I initiate the final mission and LP begins his march, everything is fine. When LP reaches the bridge he takes out a barrier and then blows up a vertibird that is sitting on the bridge. So far so good. He then takes a step forward and the game closes. Every single time. Based on my findings last night, this happens to many people even without mods but I am including my load order just in case. Please help as I would love to finish the game. My Load Order:

Side quest ideas for a fallout table top Fallout Rpg Posted: 11 Jun 2017 05:57 AM PDT So my friends and I are doing a fallout themed tabletop rpg and I am the overseerer(aka dungeon master) and needs some interesting side quest ideas. So far the location is in Texas so plenty of western themed quests. So far they have killed cyborg Hitler, helped a half ghoul half mirelurk race kill off some raiders (They are a playable race and one joined them as a companion.) And helped a were-deathclaw kill another were-deathclaw to clear their name. So I'm down with really obscure quests. I do have the main story/faction quests settled upon however. [link] [comments] |
Wow those far harbor puzzles... Posted: 10 Jun 2017 10:57 PM PDT That was one the most infuriating moments in my long history of playing of video games, I mean the first 4 were pretty easy, extremely tedious, but easy, but wow that final one. I have so many questions, who designed this, who pitched this, why would they do this? Insult my intelligence or say they were fun all you want but in my honest opinion those puzzles really hurt the dlc and made me want to throw my monitor across the room. No wonder people made mods to skip them. [link] [comments] |
Fallout 2 - nostalgic and more funny than serious playthrough Posted: 11 Jun 2017 12:44 PM PDT A little bit of Fallout 2 gameplay. May contain spoilers so be warned. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=k8P7F2b60io [link] [comments] |
Posted: 11 Jun 2017 12:38 PM PDT Hello! So I can't find the old resources I used to have for my game, like the super maps or some such. I stopped playing because of life issues, but when I came back, I realized my saves were sort of gone (computer upgrades, HD and motherboard switch). Anyway, I'm trying to remember if there was a particular build used for people who liked grabbing stuff across the wasteland and building things like guns and power armor and whatnot? My previous build let me work with settlements rather well too. Of course, by this time, the season pass stuff sort of changes the whole dynamic of things, so if there are recommended builds for that sort of thing, I'd appreciate any assistance. Other notes: I can forego VATS and just play it like an Shooter-RPG. I Am not keen on melee, heavy weaponry out of power armor, and using too many thrown explosives. Is there a minimum charisma stat needed for the Vault-Tec expansion and the settlements system to be really engaging? I can't remember. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 10 Jun 2017 09:08 PM PDT So I played a ton of new vegas back in the day and I'm looking to get back into and try the DLC, how good are they? [link] [comments] |
Does new Vegas still run on windows 10? Posted: 11 Jun 2017 11:07 AM PDT I've heard some issues with NV and 3 crashes a lot and not running on windows 7. I have an i5 and rx480 will I be able to run this game? Really wanna do another play through. [link] [comments] |
