Regardless, its my closest attempt. If you're willing to record it for me in 720p or better, send me the PM with the footage so we can discuss payment. Also, please record it with no aesthetic or (lol) gameplay altering mods. While this combo may look loopy, I am completely serious. The Up-B I was using was a custom named "Flying Fortress." Nothing else was changed on the Falcon or the Bowser custom-wise. Here are some tips: The CPU always spawns on the right of the stage in Norfair. Because of this, it's practical to always wait until the lava wave spawns on the right. Since you should always be waiting for the lava wave to spawn on the right, when you Side B off the stage, the CPU will DI a bit towards the left, towards the main body of the stage. When he gets hit by the lava in the pit, he will fly upwards and a bit to the left, because he is DIing the lava hit. You have to hold left right before you hit the pit lava so you can get the footstool. You can set the CPU to control so he won't DI, but you have to make sure the combo meter shows a true combo. Be sure to mash that jump button for the footstool! You won't really need the double jump anyway. When Training Mode starts, the pit lava will rise once, then fall. Then it will rise again. Its during the second rise that the combo needs to be performed, because that's when the lava wave will come. When the lava in the pit reaches its plateau during the second rise, there's a short time you have to wait before using Flying Slam if you want the combo to work. When I did this combo, I found counting to 5 kinda slowly helped me get a good timing. Regardless, you should be inputting the side b a little bit before the pit lava starts descending. For the basic summary of the execution: Consult the timing guidelines I listed above, then side b. Briefly before you and the CPU hit the lava, mash jump (while holding left briefly if the CPU is set to stop instead of control). The CPU will bounce on the lava, so fade back left a bit and fair him, then up b shortly after the fair, as shown in the gif. Snap to ledge with Flying Fortress, then quickly drop down from it and up air the CPU! Last thing to consider: The lava wave actually has minor fluctuations in the timings it can spawn during the second rising of the lava in the pit. It's not the same time every time, and to get this gif I had to reset Training Mode a decent number of times. Be sure to set the speed to 1.5x to get to the second rising of the pit lava ASAP. I'm 90 percent sure that the only lava type that works is when the camera pans to the right and there is a "rumbling" before the lava rises. But there are also two types of rumbling, one where the lava rises early, and one where it rises late. I'm pretty sure the early lava is what you want. Good luck! | Smash 4 without ZeRo (What if ZeRo was a buster) Posted: 06 May 2017 06:25 AM PDT So, basically I wondered how diverse Smash 4 results would be if ZeRo was ahuge buster and all other results stayed the same, using the list of National Tournamnets from Smash wiki. The results are all based on the players main at the time. I know that if Zero didn't exist, soo many things would change that making this would be impossible, but I just went with the easiest method, that Zero was the world's biggest buster and got to GF, but got second at any tournament he would have won.
