Staff of Magnus question

Posted: 23 May 2017 06:07 AM PDT

I am doing the college of winterhold quest line for the first time and I have now gotten the staff of Magnus quest. I am level 26 and I know that there is a dragonpriest in Labyrinthian . Since the dragonpriest always are level 50 is it possible for me to beat him or should I just wait and level a bit?

Jarl Balgruuf Prank

Posted: 22 May 2017 03:05 PM PDT

So last night my brother introduced me to a mod where you can kill essentials. So after a stressful weekend of work I decided to vent my frustrations and laugh maniacally as I obliterated the holds of Skyrim. I then said to my brother, "you know, it would be really creepy if the npc's remembered what I did even though I deleted my save files."

Today I checked back in to my steam account to make sure my save files worked and continued the game a little, when I heard a ping. In the corner of my screen came a message (apparently you can get those in game) from Jarl Balgruuf saying "I know what you did to my people."

My brother changed his avatar to the Jarl to prank me. After having what seemed like a mini heart attack I looked over at my brother and yelled YOU MOTHER F****R!!! I don't think I've seen him laugh that hard before Lol!!! That was one of the best pranks he's ever done to me! Just thought I would share this fun moment with you all :-)

Lovercraft

Very late to the skyrim scene but looking for advice on doing a lovecraft/Cthulhu mythos play through. Any ideas, suggestions, rules or mods that would make it better?
