Share your experiences! How many did you convict? How many were clean? How many were you unsure of? Record your process or stream it to the world if you wish. Even better, you more experienced folk could lend a hand to our newly badged Overwatch sheriffs. Make a guide, adopt a rookie, or just do some cases. It's all for the betterment of the community so let's get started!

Friendly Reminder: Not all suspects are guilty! Treat everyone as innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt!

Coach of Gambit Academy had irl fights with players/manager (long text)

Posted: 07 May 2017 08:55 AM PDT

Source for cis users: https://vk.com/cisgonews?w=wall-69698057_68448 also there is audios how this TsAGA guy speaks with young players. Video where u can enable subs (i guess), the guy explains this situation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWaLQfIoqRM

Ok, let me translate this for non ru speakers:

Good afternoon, we are tired of sitting silent, and yes, we know that it's not customary to take quarrels out of huts, but you can see the hut is not quite adequate, so it's necessary. I will begin initially because of what we, 4 players (neathz, spyn, kkt, Elian), left Gambit.Academy. It's simple: because the coach did not meet the requirements. All the analyzes that Tsaga performed were primitive, the person offered very simple things, created the bike in the form of rounds that did not have a logical explanation for their implementation. Also, the person did not explain the most primitive aspects of the game that were needed to create a common gamestyle. After that, there were direct insults from the coach on the bootcamp. We were chilling in a room: KKT, I and Malek. Tsaga came into the room and began his speech with insults, reproaches, and also behaved inadequately. With him began to argue the kkt, during the dispute Tsaga was so mad, all his appearance showed that he could beat him up, in order to avoid assault and further development of things we decided to leave the room. Before the important officials words from the mouth of the coach sounded motivational speeches from the category "If you lose atleast a map to these poor retards, then u can go right away from office and i will kick u"

In the end, we see that Tsaga is:

  1. Absolutely inadequate person.

  2. A bad psychologist and strategist.

  3. A bad analyst and a person who only simulates a violent activity.

  4. An unbalanced person who can not be a coach.

For this reason, we left the organization... After Tsaga got himself a new line-up, and everything would be like nothing, but we two people from the team forgot to get out of the VK on the bootcamp, and the valiant knights in the face of Tsaga and Malek started reading our chats, where we talked about Tsaga. But it was not then, after that they read the some things, they baited to visit their office Yegor "FuRy" Morin (our manager and famous videoeditor, worked with all cis orgs except navi), and asked him to explain things. After a brief conversation, the furious Tsaga inflicted certain physical injuries on Yegor. He smashed his lips and nose, dropped him on the floor (since tsaga is mature guy who did wrestlings for a while) and almost knocked his breath away. It was seen by all the new players who were in the same room (spiker, FL1T, Kissinho, malik, Qulon). Some even tried to discourage the furious coach, but most were frankly without a difference cuz they were afraid to have fight with him.

At the end of April, our squad finished second in ESEA CS:GO Open Russia, and got a slot in ESEA Main. Tsaga decided that he deserved a slot on ESEA MAIN more than us, although in fact this slot was deserved only by our lineup and no one else. Tsaga after several blows to the side of the Fury said that if the slot does not give it, it will only get worse and he probably will stab him. Therefore, we must either give this slot to them or simply refuse to play in MAIN. We ignored and did not write publicly about this to anyone, but then this nonsense only began to continue.

With the help of his friend the administrator (Nikita "PIOPI" Bagritsky, Administrator of the UCC tournaments), he decided to charge us with a cap. You will hear the notes of the timespeak where for all our questions PIOPI answered unequivocally that we let them go on the second day of these holidays, but it does not bother him and we are removed from the tournament simply because they so wanted CEO UCC (deca) has apologized to us and we have no complaints, but we refuse to continue participating in this tournament. I also wanted to note that we tried to contact the CEO of Gambit (Groove which worked in past with ddd1ms who is in prison now in MoscowFive project) and report the incident, but all our messages were ignored. Apparently the Gambit management is happy that the trainer of their line-up, allows themselves to physically influence others, and threaten and try to steal away the slot into ESEA MAIN. P.S. Below we will attach audio recordings, where the following will be heard:

  1. How does Piopi openly say that he is kicking us from the tournament for nothing?

  2. How Tsaga behaves inappropriately, how he insults and threatens players. (also he said if we will go to police, nothing will happen since we are in Russia and he got connections and nothing will stop him)
