Gifting Champions for IP on Release Should Become More of a Thing to Encourage New Players

Pretty much what I stated above. One of the biggest struggles of ranking up is once you hit 30 you still honestly aren't ready for ranked. Between runes and champion purchases you are honestly run dry on excess IP. Having champions that are new being able to be gifted to those newer players by those that don't need the IP anymore would have newer players capable of keeping the game fresh from an earlier state.

Edit: I stated it further down, but I'm meaning it much in the same way Xayah and Rakan are being released, where it's only available for IP gifting for a few days.

Is Black Market Brawlers ever gonna return?

One of the few game modes I really enjoyed and pretty much the only one to never return yet. The many new items, the brawler minions offered to much, I feel like Riot is missing a big thing here.

Maybe bring it back with alterations, like instead of playing on SR it could take place on Howling Abyss.

Rakan deals 1 less damage with Melee Attack

Rakan has a really odd functionality with his auto attacks - when he autos at max range (300) with his Cape, it deals one less damage than when he uses the auto attack animation with his fist (when stood closer to the target)

Champion Voice Overs are one of my favourite things about League. I'm sure I'm not the only one who listens to the 25 minutes long videos of new champion or skin voice overs completely. There's just something about it that adds character, summed up by the backstory behind the champs. The lines are so well written, to the point of me getting chills when listening to some.

The best ones are usually the interactions between champions. It clearly portrays the relationship between them. Taunting them or joking at them, or reacting to their taunts and jokes are the only way to get to hear these quotes ingame. The sad part is, those actions are rarely performed ingame. It's almost a waste of effort adding those interactions, even though they are amazing. I'll give an example with one of my favourite champions (and voice overs) Yorick: his taunt to Azir is "Your corpses against mine. May the best win."

I am really curious how many times this quote has been said in-game. Yorick certainly doesn't meet Azir as a lane opponent, so he can only play this line when ganking him or getting ganked by him, or in teamfights. You generally have something better to do than taunting during those moments. This is just such a shame because a lot of epic Champion Interaction quotes like this will hardly or never be played.

I suggest to look at the way Overwatch does this. Overwatch lets their characters play their hero interactions passively at the start of the fight, so you and everybody in the area gets to hear what the heroes think of eachother. I think this might fit in League as well. Starting the game with certain allied champions could trigger a voice line, and meeting your lane opponent could trigger one for the enemies. Also, ganking or getting ganked by certain champions could do this for champions you won't be seeing as a lane opponent.

Obviously a line shouldn't play every time you see a new champion on your map, since that would be too much and it would lose the 'specialness', but an occasional saying should make sure the lesser used taunts reaches our ears more often.
