Our guild forgot to take screenshots of the bosses we killed, so I started doing MSPaint pictures. Tonight we killed Xavius Mythic.

This will give us insight on how to defeat him when we face him (or another avatar of him) in Argus. What do you guys think?

I know it's been in game since the start of Legion but isn't it ... obsolete?

Why does Versitality still exist?

Posted: 21 Dec 2016 05:52 AM PST

I'm trying to level up several healing characters and when I looked up guides for stat priority it hit me: why is versitality still here? It's totally redundant. It doesn't give anything special, it just boosts your direct damage or resilliency - so exactly what your primary stats + stamina do (and in some cases Mastery) - while unnecesarily complicating the game.
Crit makes you do double damage / healing / block = special action that can't be replicated by other stats. Haste speeds you up = special action as well. Mastery is on itself special for every character. Even multistrike and hit gave you something special that no other stats could, and they were still cut from the game. And versitality just makes you a tad bit better at what you do, replicating the "job" of your primary stats. Wasn't that the exact reason Blizz removed old talent system where they said talents like +3% to damage weren't fun?

A New Way To Play World of Warcraft That Feels Like "WoW 2" | BellularGaming

New player here. Where are all the Winter Veil quests?

Posted: 21 Dec 2016 07:09 PM PST

Playing horde, and I keep seeing people get these achievements regarding the event, but aside from getting 5 cookies and milk to 'Santa', I can't find anything to do.
I tried consulting the wiki, but it feels overwhelming and looks as if it's written for veteran players. Is there like a 'noobs guide to winter veil' anywhere, or is someone willing to give me an abridged run down? I really like seasonal events (I loved the Darkmoon Faire stuff) and currently it feels like this event is really hollow, due to there being so very little I can find.
Thanks in advance.

People doing this make the AH run so much slower... Blizzard should really do something about it

"No prey no pay, now secure the Naglfar!"

Posted: 21 Dec 2016 04:10 PM PST

Now aside from this being one of the most poorly delivered lines in Legion, what does this line actually imply?
Is it to say that the Helarjar are employed by Helya and are being compensated for their time? Do they go home to their Helarjar wife and Helarjar kids to eat Helarjar dinner and pay Helarjar bills?
Naturally, this boat appears to be one that goes around harvesting souls to bring to Helya's realm, but it always seemed like the Helarjar were forcibly made to do Helya's bidding. Multiple times in Stormheim we are told how dreadful it is to have your soul stolen and twisted by Helya. Are some of them mercenaries who willingly work for Helya, while others are forced to work for her?
Obviously, that sounds a little foolish, but what the hell else could it mean?

Posted: 21 Dec 2016 01:44 PM PST

Im currently looking for a huge mmorpg, and dont care if it costs money or whatever. The only thing im concerned about is if its alright as a total noob to buy and play the game now after so long, and after all the "WoW's dying" thing even tho wow is the biggest mmo out currently.

What do you think about the new AMR feature, Machine Learning?

Posted: 21 Dec 2016 10:01 AM PST

The idea is to ditch stat weights completely, because they focus on just the primary stat. I tried it and it looks like it works, has anyone else had a read at it? Any theorycrafter? Source: http://blog.askmrrobot.com/machine-learning/
