Can we please get rid of the requirement for certain inventory space when deconstructing if the player has the crafting bag

So a week ago I was looking at what collectables I had left to unlock on the wiki when I saw the imperial officer pack. Now being the big imperial lover I am I really wanted it, so I did some research to see when it came out and if it would be back but to no prevail.
I was about to give up when I had an idea, on a whim I emailed eso support asking if I could purchase items no longer in the crown store. I thought they would say no as certain items were limited time only items, but to my disbelief I revived this reply.
"Response By (Petyr) (12/13/2016 02:55 PM) Yes, yes you can. Nearly anything that has ever sold on the Crown Store is available. I have a few tools limitations that prevent me from selling certain things like the Tokens (Race change, Name change, etc.) and the Style Parlor bundles can't be sold but the individually items can (there are some oddities with my tools). Next are the Skill Lines, I'm prevented from selling Vampirism and Werewolf's Bite. Crown Crates are also not able to be sold at this time. Lastly, the Bag and Bank space upgrades as well as the dyes, I can't sell those either."
So after exposing which item I was after he took the crowns from my account and added the costume. I was really surprised about this feature and hadn't seen anyone mention it before.
So if there's a certain costume or item you missed and still want, just send customer support an email asking to buy the item and they will be happy to oblige.
Now I leave you all while I scour the interwebs for lists of old costumes and mounts that were once available.
TL;DR you can buy past items from the crown store by emailing support and asking for it

The wiki will show all unlockable and buyables.
I've recieved a few messaging saying to take the post down as semi will most likely remov4 the feature. So here is the final transcript from them

ESO Questions!

I played in Beta and shortly after release then quit until recently returning and I'm looking for a little guidance please!
1) Is there any value in not completing the quest lines for NPC Guilds (Fighter, Thief, DB, etc.) until I hit level 50? All the guides I've seen
2) I seem to get a large amount of armour, ring, and necklace quest rewards from various quests. I'm not seeing many weapon rewards/drops. Is the intent for me to craft my own? I'm currently a level 26 Niteblade and my current weapons are 5 or more levels behind my character level.

Questing and Soloing as a Tank in One Tamriel

So, I have pretty much leveled as a tank since release.
Argonian Sorc tank, stam build.
Works pretty amazing and I have had great success in vet dungeons, but whenever I was questing I have always been doing areas below my level (I like to finish every quest in a zone before moving on).
So after a bit of a break, last night was the first time I have been online since One Tamriel, and holy crap do I kill slow. I even had a friend run by and basically 2 shot something that takes me about 15 seconds to kill.
We did a damage comparison, and she did about 10 times the damage I did (not really a fair comparison since she was heavy magika build and we were using crystal fragments to test).
So, for all you questing tanks out there, do you just pull multiple mobs and use AoE abilities? do you slot your second weapon as something different for questing (i have 1hShield on both bars), or do you just close your eyes and cry to support groups on weekends?

Set Farm / Gear questions...

I'm a Dark Elf Vamp Templar Healer...Currently running 5x Julianos, 1x Kena, 2x Torags Pact, 3x Willpower (healthy...I'm poor) running Destro/Resto staffs.
I want to farm the SPC set first. But have a couple questions.
I don't know White tower very well, is there a site that I can learn mechanics fairly easily? (or better yet if someone can break it down here, since I'm at work!)
What should I replace first with the current setup? Julianos or willpower+torag? Leaning towards replacing torag/willpower since I don't have optimal willpower anyway.
Currently with health willpower jewelry + food, I'm sitting at ~17k health, which I feel is good but once I get rid of the healthy willpower jewelry I don't know if it will be enough...thoughts?
Should I farm Normal or Vet for the set pieces...normal should be tons easier, but then I'll have to upgrade the gear...
