How do Bloodseeker effective into the late game? Dota 2 Bloodseeker BS

Bloodseeker isn't really a great late game carry - his abilities are all single target focused, and while his steroid does scale it only scales off his base damage. He farms heroes very effectively, but doesn't farm creeps as quickly as other carries and will get out-farmed if you don't keep up the aggression.

His strength is creating huge amounts of space and becoming a snowballing ganker that simply can't be ignored, forcing the enemy team to operate together all the time or risk being picked off. He can transition into the team's main carry if necessary, but ideally he just creates space and sets up kills for someone else to come online.

Strategy

If possible, you should always lane Bloodseeker mid. He's got incredible sustain from his  Blood Bath, meaning as long as you can last hit effectively you should be able to pretty much ignore harass. Being mid gets you a fast level 6, and most importantly gives you enough of a level advantage to kill someone after Rupturing them (assuming they're sensible and don't try to run while under its effect). Bloodseeker is a snowball hero, so relies on maitaining that level advantage to be effective.

Get Bloodbath at level 1, and Bloodrage (your silence) at level 2

For now, use the silence offensively on enemy heroes - the damage bonus is pretty insignificant at level 1, while the silence and DoT are not. After that, max Thirst if your lane is easy or put additional points into  Blood Bath if you need more regen to stay in your lane. Max your silence last.

Buy a Town Portal early on, and watch the side lanes

Also keep note of whenever your Thirst bonus is kicking in, and try to work out who it is that's on low HP. If the enemy has a jungler, you'll see them on the map if they get low and you should absolutely gank them - Bloodseeker is a nightmare for melee junglers like Doom Bringer who often spend the early game on low HP. Once you have level 6, look for enemy heroes pressing close to one of your towers, and be ready to Town Portal Scroll Town Portal in and Rupture them. Bloodseeker doesn't really need runes, but if you get a haste or invisibility rune that should also be an easy kill on a side lane if they're far from their tower. Note that later in the game, a haste rune can actually slow you down since multiple Thirst stacks can actually put Bloodseeker over haste rune move speed!

Try not to waste time out of lane waiting for a gank that won't happen, but do try to be active and aggressive whenever Rupture is off cooldown

Bloodseeker is great at killing solo, but try to have other heroes present for kills where possible - the team will benefit more if there are other people getting those assists, and the extra lockdown will help secure kills.

Against new players Rupture is pretty much a guaranteed kill since they tend to run away while under its effect

More experienced players will stop running when Ruptured and might even try to Town Portal Scroll Town Portal away if they think quickly enough (if you have an ally with a stun they won't be able to do that) so think of it more like an initiation or lockdown ability - use it on someone who's caught out of position, and their teammates either have to Abaddon them or engage unprepared and on unfavourable terms. Kiting heroes like Drow Ranger and Death Prophet are excellent Rupture targets, as are high-mobility heroes like Anti-Mage and Weaver who like to move around a lot in fights (Blink will cause Rupture damage just like regular movement). Melee carries are also vulnerable to it, since it makes it more difficult for them to move around in teamfights.

Once you have three or four points in Bloodrage, you should start using it on yourself either while farming, or in fights after Rupturing someone - the bonus damage makes you hit incredibly hard during the mid game. With its short cooldown, you can keep this spell on you almost permanently - just bear in mind that you can't cast Rupture while it's active.

Items

In terms of item build, Phase and Treads are both fine

Phase tends to be stronger during the snowballing / ganking phase of the game, while Treads works better if you're trying to carry or simply brawl and tank.

I'm not a huge fan of Urn of Shadows Urn of Shadows on Bloodseeker. While you'll get plenty of charges for it, you already gain HP every time you kill someone and I feel like going for Urn of Shadows Urn of Shadows is simply delaying items that might be more useful. Fine for healing your allies, but I'm not entirely sold.

After upgraded boots, I usually pick up a Sange & Yasha

I know some people don't like it, but this item has been buffed quite hard recently and the extra chasing power as well as damage and stats really help Bloodseeker begin to snowball. It's quite expensive for a first item, but the buildup is easy and you should be able to get it fairly quickly. For those who aren't a fan of Sange and Yasha Sange and Yasha, Drum of Endurance Drum of Endurance and Ring of AquilaRing of Aquila are both decent early pickups that give some decent stats and help with your early mana problems too.

If you're snowballing well and want to secure those solo kills, a Basher is a popular choice

The stun helps you chase and can break Town Portal Scroll Town Portal channelling, although bear in mind that the bonus damage will not be multiplied by Bloodrage. You can upgrade this to Abyssal BladeAbyssal Blade later. If you're not worried about lockdown, consider a Desolator Desolator - again Bloodrage doesn't use the damage, but the minus armour can be devastating and it also really helps if your team is lacking push. A Bloodseeker with Desolator Desolator and maxed Bloodrage will kill towers alarmingly quickly. As a third option, Maelstrom build into MjollnirMjollnir suits you very well. The attack speed is great and Chain Lightning makes up for Bloodseeker's otherwise single target nature, letting him farm more quickly and deal with multiple targets and / or illusion spam which he otherwise struggles with. The active also makes you more annoying to focus down, so don't forget to use it.

By this point people are probably starting to group up, so you'll need something to help your survive in the thick of teamfights

Bloodseeker is really annoying to kill thanks to the  Blood Bath regen every time someone dies, but is vulnerable to getting bursted down between kills. Black King BarBlack King Bar is a strong choice, since it lets you shrug of magic damage and also prevent you from getting locked down so you can keep putting out damage. Since it no longer dispells Bloodrage you can now cast Bloodrage on yourself and then immediately Black King BarBlack King Bar for 9s of unstoppable right clicks.

Blademail works well on him

But bear in mind that it won't actually reduce the damage you take (aside from the +5 armour) - it'll just punish enemies for hitting you. It certainly makes you more annoying, but if you're getting focused down quickly Blade MailBlade Mail probably won't help you. If you need more survivability, your best bet is probably Heart of Tarrasque - you don't really need the regen, but the extended HP pool makes you much harder to focus down, meaning more opportunities to get a kill and trigger  Blood Bath.

If you're still going at this point, Butterfly Butterfly is a strong pickup - the Agility will increase your base damage meaning more damage from Bloodrage and the attack speed / evasion are equally useful.
