Would Ethereal Blade be viable on Jakiro?
My usual
Jakiro build goes 
Magic Wand, 
Arcane Boots, 
Eul's Scepter of Divinity and then 
Blink Dagger.
I usually struggle to pick the next item pickup and 
Ethereal Blade seems like
it would be really useful, 80% slow and 40% extra magic damage for
someone in a 
Macropyre seems like a guaranteed kill on a minute cooldown .But obviously 5 grand is a lot to drop when so many other cheaper or better int items are viable -
Rod of Atos, 
Aghanim's Scepter, 
Veil of Discord, 
Mekansm, 
Pipe of Insight, 
Shiva's Guard, 
Scythe of Vyse,.... Would it be worth it?
