Confused about sensitivity......

Hey, So let me lay the whole story out and I'm hoping someone can help.

Way back in the 90's a young boy called Tom got 1.5 ADSL and started playing CS 1.4 on his local server in Australia. He almost failed College because he became addicted to playing video games 10 hours a day. Tom thought he was the shit with clans left and right asking him to join them in CS. Tom had a Logitech Mouseman Dual Optical which was the Sh*t since two optical sensors has to be better than one, right? Switching between a in game sensitivity of 0.8 and 1.0, to fine tune those 1337 skillz.

Fast forward to the year 2018 and now Tom is in his early 30's wondering if those days where just a case of a big fish in a small pond or has age gotten the best of him. Unable to find that perfect sensi and feels like he'll forever be remembered as the guy with potato aim in PUBG.

Tom's curious as he plays Overwatch 5000DPI ingame sens 1 which feels pretty decent. But is hit and miss with 1600DPI 28 ingame sensi across everything on PUBG. If you should be keeping sensi the same across scoping. He also understands targeting/ADS/general should be the same though. Also if anyone knows when trying to match Overwatch sensitivity converted to CS sensitivity this calculator is whack using VSS scope. https://jscalc.io/calc/7fJMLrO8IFQSONlR

The more people hack, the more people who end up just leaving the game out of pure frustration. So why bother contributing to the game's downfall? Surely it's not even fun because there's basically no competition?
