| March of Sacrifices Cheat Sheet Posted: 07 Sep 2018 08:05 AM PDT We ran March of Sacrifices on vet for the first time the other night. To prepare, I made this cheat sheet for us using the eso wiki but I condensed it down and added a couple of details. Please let me know if I should make any changes or what you think! The format is the boss in bold followed by a list of mechanics. The bullets will detail those mechanics and some have arrows saying how to counteract them. Then there will be a list of what every role should be doing. Wyrd Sisters: 3 Sisters w/ their own auras, keep them separated to avoid buffs · Ursus (S+B): Green aura. Heavy Attack 1-Shot-> Tank can block. Will charge random player-> Block · Rangifer (Healer): Yellow aura. Can heal allies easily · Strigidae (NB Archer): Blue aura. Debuffs with "Silence". Will snipe players not blocking. Teleport strike random player-> Block and avoid "Silence" Tank: Keep Ursus (S+B) from sisters DPS: Healer 1st, then the other 2 separately Healer: Stay in center to heal everyone Aghaedh of the Solstice: Surrounded by spriggans, spawns special lurchers, stranglers · Spriggans: Different AOEs (Green, Blue (Slow), Orange and Red (Damage)) -Stranglers: Will spit for small damage and will snare players that gradually increase with every hit · Lurchers: Same color as spriggans will spawn. Kill lurcher-> It will drop glowing colored light that need to be picked up with synergy. Boss will start channeling-> Players must stand in the circle matching the color they picked up Tank: Tank boss and taunt Lurchers to the boss to burn DPS: Lurchers first and then boss Healer: Get out heals when the group splits to the different AOEs Dagrund the Bulky: Different elemental attacks, 1-minute mechanic, spawns based on health · Boss will raise his sword and channel different AOEs · Fire AOE: Spreads from boss and bounces off walls · Ice AOE: Spawns under players · Lightning AOE: Hits players periodically, avoid water, healer should heal through · Every 30s to 1min the boss leaps into the air and channels all elemental attacks on each player-> Need to block or dodge (ROLL THROUGH TO AVOID DAMAGE) · Spawns Adds at different health percentages that have elemental attacks Tank: Focus on boss and not adds CANNOT BE CHAINED, also heavy attack will 1-shot if not blocked and will still hit with significant damage DPS: Focus on adds until the boss gets to 15%. When boss leaps keep a distance to react Healer: Stay in center to heal whole group Tarcyr: Hunting phase (wisps), prismatic beam, cone attack, stampede, ice AoE, fire rampage, lightning prance · Hunting Phase: MUST STEALTH-> will teleport you and drop you, 3rd time and you die. OCCURS AT 80%, 55%, 20%-> Spread out to 4 cardinal corners of the room. Avoid AOES and send 1 player to the wisp. 2nd phase adds ice spikes AoE, 3rd phase adds circles around 2 players-> These circles cannot overlap or they will die -Prismatic Beam: Will fire a beam of heavy damage at whoever has aggro-> Block · Wisp: Player needs to activate synergy inside wisp's green AOE->3 times will reveal boss · Cone Attack: DO NOT STAND IN FRONT OF THE BOSS · Stampede: Spawns ethereal Indriks at each player-> Block or dodge - Ice AoE: Puts AoE under a player-> Must run unto the following fire trail to purge · Fire Rampage: Boss will gain shield and run around leaving a fire trail-> Avoid trail · Lightning Prance: MUST INTERRUPT-> will wipe group after 2 or 3 stampedes Tank: Turn boss away from group and watch for lightning prance DPS: FOCUS ON ADDS, there will be "silver bolt" adds that will chain players and another player must use a synergy to release them Healer: Don't heal during hunting phase, refresh HoT's right before hunting phase Balorgh: 3 islands, poison spores, lightning, ground slam, breath attack, dark period/pillar of light, spawns wolves · Poison Spore: Avoid this AOE · Lightning Attack: After poison AOE get out of the water to avoid lightning · Ground Slam: Large AOE around boss-> Avoid, high damage · Breath Attack: Cone attack that will follow target, usually Tank · Dark Period/Pillar of Light: Depending on Boss HP, darkness falls over map-> Boss throws circle on a player and chases that player-> Need to pull Boss through blue pillar of light-> ALL GROUP MEMBERS need to get to the pillar so Tank can take over · Spawns Wolves: This happens during the dark period. Longer the darkness lasts, the more adds Tank: Turn Boss whenever possible DPS: Kill spawns if possible during dark phase Healer: Just fuckin heal P.S. During Dagrund the Bulky's heat-seeker fire I probably wiped about a dozen times until I figured out to roll through them to avoid any damage whatsoever EDIT: This was not done on hard mode and as u/Cynder_Burn said, activating hard mode causes you to lose your boons apparently. | MagSorc - How much penetration do I need and where should I be pulling it from? Posted: 07 Sep 2018 10:20 AM PDT So I'm stuck around 35k dps on a 3m test dummy which I'd like to get to 40k. I have 18 into the CP penetration and am wearing x5 BSW, x5 Sioria x2 Za'an, vMA fire backbar (both flame infused). I'm seeing the destro passive is adding penetration when using destro spells, so I'm not sure if I should be using pulse over ele weapon to keep meteor on the front bar. I'd still get the ancient knowledge passive as well instead of sacrificing the +2% magicka replacing meteor with destro ult. This is for parsing btw. I'd knock it back down alittle for trials because of Alkosh and all that. My question is what is the base line of penetration I should have to parse without penetration being a factor? What sources are my base line sources for pen? I've been floating between the thief and lover too, but I keep hearing to keep thief in. Please help! Thanks amazingly helpful ESO community!
