Returning player after season 2. Where do I start?

Posted: 31 Aug 2018 08:14 AM PDT

I want to get back into Diablo but have no idea where it is now. I know there are seasons but I would like to know is: How do you play this mode? Do I start from story mode? Adventure mode? When do I go into rifts/grifts? I just want to progress and have fun. Any tips would be great.

Up to date znec/barb/rath ?

Hey I've been out of the loop a bit. Can you enlighten me on what's up to date for next season?

From what I've seen barbs go for charge without raekor to proc strongarms. Rest of the gear don't really matter.

Znec uses nemesis (with or without strongarm?)

Shrine gloves +staff

Halycon or other amulet ok? Briggs? Speed boots? Captain crimson?

Aura of frailty or rats use? Is command skeleton an option?

And what about the rats; how much cdr is okay? 38-42? Curses or lotd.

Thanks in advance

Primal dust

There is nothing worse than getting a shit primal, it would be better if every primal was worthwhile in some way. Even if just as a crafting material to put towards crafting or upgrading an item to primal.

When primals were announced they actually had 30% more raw stats and damage than Ancients, now they are plagued with so much RNG that getting one isn't the good experience it should be. Every primal item should be meaningful.
