Make Followers Great Again

From my perspective, followers have become pretty boring and straightforward. There really doesn't seem to be a whole lot of variation in choice (mostly Templar, some Enchantress, never the Scoundrel), nor is there much variation in the build. All of the followers best in slot jewelry pieces are identical (Unity, Oculus, Ess of Johan), and there isn't much more choice for weapon slots either. Part of this is because they really cannot be used as a source of damage themselves, and are only valuable for providing resource generation and crowd control. I have a few suggestions (and quality of life improvements) that I think would make them more interesting and let's face it, in the current meta, people are soloing 120's, so this can't be too gamebreaking. At the end of the day, I'm looking for more potential options for Followers to make them more interesting and viable.

  • Allow them to pickup globes (health, nephalem, and rift).
  • Remove the stat-gain reduction.
  • Allow them to benefit from both sets and legendary gems.
  • Since the Enchantress can equip the Staff of Herding, allow that to trigger Whimsyshire event (frees up the inventory space when cosmetic farming).
  • Allow them in party play, in some fashion.
  • Potentially increase the number of available gear slots.
  • Introduce some sort of follower-specific cosmetics (akin to wings for the heroes) for some more things to grind. Perhaps associated with the next suggestion?
  • Introduce some sort of follower-related challenges and/or rifts, where the goal is to allow the follower to do the work and turn our hero into either an immune/attackless object, or some kind of support.

Anyone care to share their thoughts on the matter?

So I'm trying to find d3 content creaters, mainly ones for console, be it streamers or YouTubers. I prefer YouTubers with guides and advice for new or returning players. So do any of you have advice for which content creaters I should check out? Thanks in advance <3

Cannot buy Diablo 3 as a gift in webshop? "ERROR: Heads up! Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later."

I'm trying to buy Diablo 3 as a gift. (I already own mine). Webshop doesn't let me. How to buy it?
Tried on multiple devices and multiple operating systems and browsers. It's always this:

ERROR on page says:

"Heads up!

Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later."

ERROR in Console of the browser says:
"Refused to display 'https://eu.battle.net/login/en-us/?ref=https://eu.account.blizzard.com/wallet/add-wallet/cc?parentHostname%3Dhttps://eu.battle.net%26currency%3DEUR%26skin%3DSHOP%26showSavePrompt%3Dtrue%26showAllAddresses%3Dfalse%26showOptionalAddressFields%3Dfalse%26locale%3Den-us&app=shop' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'."
