I registered on may 28th 2015 and have played a total of 3,388 hours(fucking nerd). Here is a picture of my Worshippers page - my most played gods I have played a total of 8,552 game games and my W/L record is 50.36% (I am the most average player in the world it seems) out of those 8,552 games I have disconnected 26 times 0.3% I have 96 gods mastered and I have 36 rank X All supports X I play Normal conquest > Ranked conquest > Clash > Assault Highest rank ive ever been is Diamond 5 and Average Plat 1-5 somewhere Smite guru ELO is 2,537 Through out the years playing I have made some awesome friends and connected with tons of you guys from this subreddit. thank you guys. 1 of my favorite moments playing this game was season 4, me and a guy named swirvin Irvin were in a battle for number 1 Fafnir on xbox. I was number 1 for awhile and then he took over and it was back and forth for a long time lol. so much fun. My Favorite Gods from each class are Guardian - Khepri Mage - Nox Carry - Hou yi Warrior - Erlang Shen assassin - NeZha This game is amazing and I have never played a game this many hours EVER. I'm a 31 year old male and I have been playing video games since I could hold a controller. Last game to even come close to play time was Phantasy star universe at 2,000+ hours. The reason the game never gets old to me is because HIREZ/TITAN have done such a great job updating the game and making it feel different season after season. This is the most competitive game I think I have ever played as well as the most stressful at times. This game has such a high skill cap it is ridiculous, the amount of data you must know to be the best is amazing. 97 gods with 4 abilities and a passive... wow. THE BAD: This wouldn't be a good post without the negatives

I thought it was pretty interesting, so I tried putting the equations into an Excel spreadsheet. The information makes some graphs and comparisons. Additionally, I tried to make the spreadsheet show penetration values for Obsidian Shard and Titan's Bane. Please let me know if any of the equations are wrong. Also, if anybody could confirm those Titan's Banes and Obsidian Shard values, that would be amazing. I did the values for those two by finding the slope and making a linear equation with it. They get that I can't pickup the kill if they're near but they don't understand that I can't steal stacks either when they're near. Else it would be weird how I can get guardian blessing stacks while killing the creep wouldn't it? Ganesha's passive doesn't only work on gods. Minions and jungle creeps too. Please start seeing that instead of spamming "please?" and pinging me and telling me I'm wrong when YOU LITERALLY GOT ALL THE STACKS. it's embarrasing to see. Posted: 29 Aug 2018 11:10 AM PDT Saw other thread to ask how to fix him, I agree he needs to be fixed, but realistically it's just his ult and passive that suck. His passive is pathetically one sided, and his ult is just way too easy to counter for what it gives him. So I wanna see if I can list ways to make his ult not a big walking crosshair. Ofc, we wouldn't put all of these in, just 1 or 2. - Can walk through player made structures - Is immune to the application of new antiheal debuffs while in his ultimate (so any antiheal applied pre-big baby will still continue to affect him, while no more can be applied while he is in his ultimate) - His heal is changed to a much faster continuous stream of health (similar to the new fountain regen changes), to replace the current spurts of HP. - Negate lifesteal gained from hitting him in his ultimate. - increase the granted protections to genuinely impactful numbers like 70-100, not 35. lower his power gained to compensate, since his passive will give him bonus power from such defense (at 100 he would gain 20 power, so we could reduce power to 80 and it would remain effectively 100) - passive: allow him 15% power from each protection type, instead of 20% from just phys. As much as I really think it's stupid, the best way to play vamana is just jungler right now. There is 0 reason to pick him in Solo unless you have an obsession with being reported or enjoy stalling in lane. He isn't a valuable counter to anything, his damage is average, he is out bullied by other better gods, he's useful for a very limited amount of time, and in a burst meta he just can't fully take advantage of the parts of his kit that actually are pretty good, like his single target peel. Not to mention guardians being more present in Solo, which is great, but it completely shuts down his passive. He becomes average at his absolute best. At least in jungle he can take advantage of his good burst and high mobility / escape potential, letting him weave into lanes, let loose with some baby power, and reliably run away. | Posted: 29 Aug 2018 10:16 PM PDT So..... I'm a long time player of Smite and an even longer time fan. I started out on PC originally, but barely ever played due to my daily schedule. A year later after my account was made I was given an Xbox One and immediately downloaded your game. I believe I started really getting into your game around season 2. Day in and day out my friends and I would ruin our schedules because of Smite and honestly I wouldn't go back and change a thing. Throughout the years and seasons to come I've been a part of many of the in-game events and tried to collect as many skins as possible. I can't give an exact number as I don't have the game up in front of me but I can say the money I spent on Smite was reaching the thousands. Around season 4, right after Chernobog was released, I started to become a huge PC gamer and Xbox has sort of been phased out of my life. I didn't get back into Smite right away but when I did I was disappointed to find out that an account transfer wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. I figured all of my other things would carry over. Pretty much to sum everything up, I would love to continue playing this game (and I am) but I would also like to keep all of my content. It's extremely disheartening to have spent so much money and time on this game only to have nothing to show for it just because I switched platforms. I know for a fact that if I was given all of my items back I would 100% continue to support you guys in the future. Out of all of the MOBAs I've played, Smite is by far the most updated and by far my favorite. Thank you very much for any responses at all. We used to be able to get 30+ teams for 5v5 each week; now we don't, we get about 12-24 (we get around 24 when the qualifiers start). What Titan/SkillShot/HiRez provides for me right now: RT's from @SmitePro, a dedicated page on on the Esports site of all community tournaments, an in game avatar of Smite Prime, and of course the gems. So what can I do to improve my community tournaments? I wanna like tourney formats, broadcast, etc... And what can HR do to improve community tournaments? Posted: 29 Aug 2018 01:32 PM PDT Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask for a bit of help as after 3 years of inactivity (last god I remember releasing was Khepri), I tried logging into my account again to actually play some Smite. Everything looked fine at first, until I launched the game and it prompted me to make a new name and complete the tutorial. I skipped the tutorial as I thought this was just something to remind players that have been inactive or something and I figured they reset my name because I haven't played in so long... but I checked in my account and my entire inventory and account was wiped. No match history, none of the gods I owned, no skins, nothing at all from what I had before. Admittedly, I didn't spend a dime on the game. However, I had a couple exclusive skins and stuff (lootcrate Thanatos), so I'd really like to get my account back if possible. Anyone have any idea what to do??? Has this happened to any of you??? | Posted: 29 Aug 2018 05:38 PM PDT I see like 6503243024 posts today about Loki being overpowered, more than likely because they got stomped by one who VEL spammed them. So I wanna help put those posts to rest, and offer some help to the sufferers of the grand sandbag himself, Loki. If you want to beat Loki, you have to consider his strengths and weaknesses. And honestly they're surprisingly straightforward. Loki is strong when he can catch someone out of position, and he is weak against someone with good map awareness, and careful positioning. He is also pretty easy to anticipate, the movements he makes are specific to his individual abilities, and as such the abilities he intends to perform are well telegraphed. He moves towards you? He's planning to either ult or clear wave. He pops his 3 while moving forward? He wants ult. He turns invisible? He's either leaving lane sneakily or planning to slap you, etc. So the takeaway from this is that Loki feeds off bad positioning and awareness. How are you going to counter that though? Well, I can give some tips. First, if you're laning against him, sit sort of close to tower. Don't concern yourself with hurting him, just stay safe, ward his jungle entrances, and call his rotations. When your team understands Loki's position, he is powerless. Spread the information. Second! He may be invisible, but you can still reveal his position. If you're a tank, pick up mystical mail. Anytime he is in range of you, you'll see the damage numbers pop up above where he stands. Also, when he goes invisible, try to think about where he would want to go. A good Loki isn't just going to go invisible because 'watevrrr lolz', he's going invisible for a reason. He wants something to happen. Be prepared. My last point will be to abuse his squishiness. He's still Loki! Don't blow your abilities before he does anything. Wait until he tries initiating, and turn it on him. He dies in like 0.4s. If he doesn't have his invis or stim, he kind of really sucks. Let him waste it. LAST NOTE: BUY WARDS! I've mentioned this already but wards are the best counter to Loki you will find, and they're a mere 100g per pair. Or you could spend 400g for the Unlimited Ward Plan®. Either way, couple that with your Enemy Missing calls, and he's gonna struggle. TL;DR - Be aware, inform your teammates, deny him the ability to be stealthy. [link] [comments]  |
