Why am I being randomly electrocuted near my base after putting up my electric fence? Posted: 24 Jul 2018 04:40 PM PDT I just finished putting up my electric fence around my base(in a concrete jail) and I can electrocuted at random times in random places around my base. Some of the wire is going through concrete, but I don't see how that would be the cause. Any ideas as to why this is happening? [link] [comments]

Looking for a Small to Smallish Group Posted: 24 Jul 2018 07:59 AM PDT Heyya. Hopefully this is the right forum to post this in, as I couldn't find a better one. If not, please point me in the right direction. I was playing 7DtD with some friends of mine, but due to reasons (such as them being losers) they won't play now. I haven't played in a while but I want to jump back in, and I'm looking for a small (3 person) to smallish (5-6 person) group to play with. By group, I don't necessairly mean on at the same time, but how many people contribute to the group/base/etc. It could be on a server with no other groups, though preferably there would be at least a couple (never played with other groups on the map before). I also really prefer a group that is just starting out or is moving base, as I don't like joining groups where everything is done and there is nothing for me to do. I like taking buildings and building them up into fortresses (facilities seem to work nicely, large area, usually partially underground, build in fence I can upgrade, etc). I really like building, using the furnace, scavenging/mining, farming, just things that I know contribute to the base. I usually stick to the main base or nearby, but I also do want an occassional outing to loot, find blueprints, explore, that fun stuff. I can't be on all the time, but I would be on a good bit, either with the group or by myself doing my work. I'm very agreeable and polite (I'm less straight-up polite once I get to know ya, but that's because it's fun to tease friends) and looking for the same in return. Looking specfically for an "older" group as I'm 28 myself (prefer people 20-21+ but I have some flexibility). Hit me up if you are looking for someone to join your group that loves to contribute and have a good time! TL;DR: Please read whole thing, as I'm looking for specifics. If you won't, then I'm a 28 year old mature/friendly/cooperative player looking for like-minded. Prefer group of 3-5/6, just starting out the base or recently started (so I have something to do lol). I like building, gathering resources (I'm weird ik), using the furnace, farming, and occasionally roaming and scavenging. edit: based in Colorado, USA edit edit: forgot to say I don't have a mic atm but should have one soon. Until then I can type pretty fast lol [link] [comments]
Posted: 24 Jul 2018 12:24 PM PDT Most of the stuff on this seems over a year old and outdated. What skills to level first? How to actually fight another player? General things one might not pick up on right away? I've read that everything that makes noise can be heard by nearby players, even hunger/thirst noises, and opening opening containers. I figure spreading out chests far and wide with waypoints on them are the best way to secure valuable from raids. Despite players using exploits to gain an advantage, the dread of another player discovering you, or tension of stalking, and the thrill of 10-20 players running at air drops keeps me interested in this game. are some zombies supposed to be impossible to kill on day 1? Posted: 24 Jul 2018 05:14 AM PDT hit a regular fat woman zombie 48 times (looked at the recording to count) aiming at the head with a iron reinforced club just 3 minutes after starting and she didn't die. [link] [comments]
Is there a way to upload a picture into the game? Posted: 24 Jul 2018 07:33 AM PDT
Thinking of buying for XBox One... Posted: 24 Jul 2018 07:28 AM PDT I remember wanting this game a while back and I just forgot about it. It is on sale now for $18 on the xbox store and was thinking of buying it but I keep reading that it is still super buggy and has a ton of crashes and you can lose the base you build up in some of the glitches. Is this still happening? Some of the reviews were older but if the game is still super buggy I will just save my $18. Thanks for any info! [link] [comments]
Posted: 24 Jul 2018 01:10 AM PDT So I have all the necessary requirements to make a Forge except a short iron pipe, because I found one short iron pipe in the wild to make a bellow. However, when I searched up how to make a short iron pipe, you need an anvil, and to make an anvil you need Clay, not lumps of Clay. How am I supposed to make Clay if I can't even craft an anvil to make Clay? EDIT: I found a solution! Just do the quests and head to Traitor Joel's to use his forge to craft your own short iron pipes! [link] [comments]
daytime/nighttime normal hordes Posted: 24 Jul 2018 04:11 AM PDT is there anyway to disable these? or at least change a setting so they dont charge your base / whatever building you are inside? its quite frustrating to play carefully to not attract screamers but these hordes show up and somehow know to break down your base to get at you [link] [comments] |
