Why Is This Still In The Game!?

This bug has been around since the SAW Chapter was released. Sometimes when a Survivor is Sacrificed, instead of showing the Sacrificed Portrait above that Survivors' name, it'll show the Dead Portrait. The same Portrait that is shown if a Survivor either Bleeds Out or is Killed (Moried). Just curious to why this hasn't been fixed or if it will ever be fixed.
